what happned to the Queen's speech at the UN?

the news of when the queen gives speeches at the UN and ground zero have been totally blacked out. Normally these would be on the Internet. Instead, nothing. "Some of my contacts believe she stepped down from the throne." rumor has it she stepped down and that all news of her upcoming visit to the USA and scheduled speeches has disappeared....of course these are only rumor's anybody got any info on this?

The speech was live on the news at the time it happened.
You must have been taking a nap.
People made their comments on ATS threads afterwards; I think the general reaction was that it was not particularly exciting.
It's not in the news now, because it was ages ago, by news media standards.

I remember the date in terms of what was happenig in the World Cup- early in the week before the Final.
