"HEBRON, Palestinian Territories (AFP) – Two Palestinian news photographers were hospitalised on Saturday after being attacked by Israeli troops during a weekly protest in the occupied West Bank"

These protests occur every week and are peaceful. Even IF they were rioting they would be doing it on their side of the fence with no danger to any Israelis. The IDF always uses force to disperse these protest and particularly target journalists. Apparently Israel fears "Peaceful protests" after all the Palestinians are terrorists, aren't they?

A peaceful protest means the occupied are simply telling the occupiers by their presence that they disagree with the separation wall. The reason why they disagree is the wall cuts them off from their fields and orchards. Israel has prevented them from going to their own land. Well we know this will soon become "Jewish" land as Israel built the wall as another way to take land.

Wow, what a ridiculous post. Congratulations, you clearly haven't looked at this objectively have you??

Honestly, how anyone can support Israel and their constant oppression of Palestinians is beyond me....They keep expanding onto Palestinian land, have denied the Gazans tons of medical aid and food, and have no qualms about killing them like dogs.

Why would you side with such an evil bunch?

And You're unbiased? I've seen some of your other posts and you seem incapable of criticizing Israel.

On topic does anyone really expect anything other of Israel?

It was well known during the "Troubles" here in N,Ireland, When the ambulance chasing "Hacks" flew in from the mainland to get their scoop photo for the week. Paid the "Rioters" money to throw a few petrol bombs and rocks at the security forces, Either way the hacks won, they either got a photograph of youths fighting against the RUC or the RUC 45 graining the rioters from issued FRGs,

Journalists should have a more moral higher ground because of the power they have to manipulate the Sheeple.. IMO..

No offence to professional Journalists but I'm sure you know what Iam getting at..

Biased? If you call pointing out injustice "bias" then certainly count me in. This happens EVERY week. Palestinian peaceful protest is met by violent Israeli action. Israel is in morbid fear of peaceful protests as eventually it will bring world attention to the daily crimes of the IDF. Thank God Jews of conscience look at this the same way most fair minded people do.

Well, thats exactly what journalists do write stories and take pictures of events. That's their job. To deliberately target journalists for covering what they believe to be a newsworthy event in an infringement on peoples right to know. Incidently, whenever there is trouble caused by Palestinians it is all over the news. Someone must have taken the pictures right?

Trying hard not to get sucked in here

These "highly paid" journalist's are not whiter than white professionals.
Lets be honest here, No story No salary, So they travel to hot spots around the world to make a living from stirring things up. No photographers/journalist's no point causing a scene.. It truly is the tail wagging the dog .. IMO..

There needs to be an American Revolution for the madness in the middle east to stop. The only way Palestine is going to be liberated is if the US makes it happen by choking the Israelis economically like they did with Iraq for 15 years. This requires for the Americans to stage a coup against the current military dictatorship regime in power today. We need an American Revolution tomorrow. Thomas Jefferson would be proud.
