Beautiful weapon the Sako TRG.

Sinfulcurves_AK105

Dragunov (may fav sniper weapon) and the SSG 3000 look great and seem to be very good.

wararts:
Wow, 20 mm or 14,5 mm version looks great, but it is VERY heavy (20mm 26kg - 14.5mm 29Kg) the box magazine only
carries 3 rounds aswell. 14.5mm to has a range of 2300+ M.

In italy we use the Beretta M501, its a fine weapon even if it dosnt looks quiet so good as many others do

Are there any other antiarmor weapon beside the M82A1/3 and NTW-20 ?

I started a thread a day or so ago, US Coast Guard Adopts Mini-50 Rifle. It is an anti-materiel rifle, supposed to have good AP characteristics, but I can't find any real-world testing data on it. The purpose is to fill a perceived gap between the M2 .50cal machinegun and the .308/.223 rifles in use now.

The Armalite AR-50 and AR-30. Those are my personal favorites. They even come with Tylenol supplied in the box.

Dont know if you saw this already, found on after search the web:

Excerpt from Armed Forces Journal,
August 2002 Issue

"
In the first trial against glass of a new .499 anti-personnel round (300 grs. JHP) fired from a modified M-4 frame, a medium Armor panel - 1 1/2 inches of non-poly with 3/8 inch annealed glass on the safe side - withstood about a dozen hits (again, from 15 feet) from Leitner Wise Rifle Companys LW15, 499 rifle - the so-called Mini-50. (More about this exciting system later.)

If someone has this Issue there should be a more indeep test of the Mini-50

)

The best one is one with bullets and a guy that can shoot straight.

Wolve they are the SIG 550'S great guns they both have full auto options and are dead accurate guns. And the first one is the AW3 from accuracy international. That baby cand fire in arctic weather, desert heat, and jungle humidity.

i agree with DeltaNine and Kriskaos. the L-96/L-115 variants are excellent rifles considering the extreme conditions they can endure, and because of the fact that they come suppressed, unsuppressed and in three of the more hard hitting anti-personnel cartridges (.300 Win. Mag, 7mm, or .338 Lapua Super Mag).

also, should the army or other service branch begin using the Intervention .408 Cheyenne Tactical, it would be an excellent counter-sniper/anti-material platform (3000 yds. +)

I wonder what's effective range of this round against "soft" targets. (like human)
Maximum effective range: 4921.5 feet (1500 meters) against 3/4" High Hard Armor (HHA)
