Truly amazing. I would love to see more pictures. I cannot even begin to think how cool it would be to visit this place. I hope more people go to it and experience its beauty. Beautiful things like this don't come about often enough in today's world. Great find!!!

Why is it that someone must always come along and feel as though they must chastise other posters for a little lighthearted humor ? I assume SSimon was only being humorous .

Yeah everybody knows that humor at another's expense is the most fun! Geeze Ghostryder21... why would you ruin everybody's fun because somebody else may get offended? You know they don't count when the most of us (the ones that really count) are having fun!

beautiful river... I wonder what breeds of moss those are. I didn't even know moss could bloom! I just assumed it stayed... you know... mossy.

Ah, the unspoiled beauty of it all.
Evidence, the Creator makes no mistakes.
There is not a painter in the world that can capture the majesty of it all.
Often, a river runs through it whether it be on land or water.

S + F!!!

These nature threads on ATS are the best I have seen anywhere. People bring in some of the best photos of the most amazing natural things that I never would have even imagined. Thanks for another amazing example.

Wow, that is simply awe inspiring. The natural beauty on this planet never ceases to amaze me.

I'm planning on travelling in South and Central America next year, and I have been seriously contemplating going to Columbia. Now that I have seen this river I definately want to go, I imagine it would be far more impressive to see with my own eyes.

The images look like they've been enhanced to have higher saturation. The colors I think are real but not that saturated. I assume the last picture is the un-doctored reality?
