I've actually been a member for a while, but my password never worked until...What, the 9th time I reset it? >_< Oh well. Anyway, my favorite topics to talk about usually have something to do with politics, medical research, and anything to do with our mind. I am currently a High School student in Canada, and hope to major in psychology one day. The human brain is just oh so interesting

Welcome and I hope that you will enjoy your time here. I am intrigued by your user name. Is it a nod to the Webber musical? That is one of my favorite musicals. I am also fascinated by psychology and have thought about going back to school to study it.

Take care,
Cindi

enjoy ATS but enjoy High School more (You can only do that once!)

Good luck on your future plans/desires.

Thanks everyone
And yes, it's a reference to "The Phantom of the Opera". I can't believe you caught that! I've been harboring a slight obsession for it for years, and my bedroom is more or less a shrine to Andrew Lloyd Webber *Coughs*.

As for psychonautics, I find them entirely too fascinating. Nothing illegal though, that's a no-no. The hypnosis, meditation, sensory deprivation seems interesting though...I've always wanted a sensory deprivation tank...Not sure what I'd do with it, but it would be interesting.
