i was thinking the same thiing. if it is a picture of a new type, mythical, or as yet unproven to exist .... you may find it in a thread in this forum:

I have seen that as both reference tothe Jersey Devil and the Chupacabras. I believe it most commonly has been used for the Chupacabras.

I think I saw something similar to this somewhere...yeah, I got it. I'm fairly sure it was debunked as a photoshop or a dummy.
