Request that someone who has the ability copy and save the video as the last one dissapeared!

Folks, if you use firefox web browser, the videos (youtube etc) are saved to the cache folder. no need for additional software to download and save. for example, on windows, the firefox cache folder can be found in:
"C:\Documents and Settings\"your login name here"\Local Settings\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\"a random string".default\Cache".
sort the folder contents by "Date Modified" and you should be able to find it.

On my pc, it has a size of 19,267KB. I just copy it once i have finished watching it in my browser to another folder with a .flv extension eg; BP_workers_sick.flv. you can then play it in any flash video player (eg VLC).

hope this save some of you time and download quotas before you go and watch something like this at 19mb, then download it a 2nd time.

Friend working near Mississippi coast for BP. Complains of nose and throat irritation and also a 33% reduction in pay for all subcontracted clean-up workers. Also because they paid him for the 4th they have cut back his hours to 4 for 2 days so they don't have to pay overtime. Just the facts.

... simple answer, they are 110% responsible. Letting workers cleaning up with no gear is voluntary negligence at it worst.

So they have already been convicted, and are on probation. And they still wont allow these workers protecitve masks to filter the 2 butoxyethanol!

They can still sue. Those waivers hold no water in court, especially if a crime has been committed (there are several being committed with respect to work place safety). They are just another form of intimidation.

No, they cannot sue their employer and it has nothing to do with the waiver. Worker's Compensation is the exclusive remedy for an injured or occupationally diseased worker. To collect Comp you don't have to prove negligence. If you are injured in the course of your occupation, you collect. But the trade-off is, you may not sue your employer or a fellow employee in tort for the injury.
That's another reason why the much ballyhood documents are innocuous. The waiver has no real effect since you can't sue anyway. By law you are relegated to the administrative remedy of comp.

BP is refusing the workers to wear masks! It is a fact, established and here it is in black and white in the New York Times, as well as in the MSNBC video, and the Greenwire report.

Also the petition is proof, as it goes to Obama asking that the workers be allowed to wear masks!

The PCCC petition begins by drawing a comparison between "the denial of protective gear that hurt so many 9/11 clean-up workers" and reports from public-health advocates that BP has denied requests for respiratory protection from Gulf oil leak responders.

"President Obama and the federal government must demand that BP allow every clean-up worker who wants to wear respiratory protective equipment to do so -- and ensure that workers get the equipment and training they need to do their jobs safely," the petition states.

However, the EPA site which provides real time data for air quality monitoring on the Gulf Coast indicated that from May 18-June 6 "two chemicals found in dispersants" were detected at numerous GPS locations on the Gulf. The data for June 6 can be found here and the data for the other sites is available at the TAGA Route website. The chemicals detected were 2-butoxyethanol and 1-(2-butoxy-1-methylethoxy)-2-propanol.

I agree with the statement. It was the first one I gave a star to.The media would be crucifying repubs. btw I don't care about the rep/dem hoax either.

It is bill o'reilly's 'opinion' that I am a traitor~because I give not a whit of mind to his heavily processed, nor ANY msm outlets, 'facts'. They-are-all-in-it-together. I break from further writing about this because of the sheer volume, and distaste, involved.
