Is this man a good or bad father to his daughter?

Yeah, I know celeb gossip is trashy, sure. But this is more about parenting, and somebody who happens to be a celeb caught in a bad family situation that isn't all that uncommon.

I don't really know anything about this case, but I thought the video clip below was interesting. A young actress named Lindsey Lohan who has been in a bunch of movies I've never seen has been living a decadent, troubled life for some time. She's going to jail now. Her dad is being interviewed and responded as follows. (WARNING -- some strong language in clip). Apparently the father and daughter are estranged.

I don't know any more about the whole thing than that. But, I'd like to ask BTS: Based on the following video clip, would you say this is good or bad parenting, and why? Watching this stirred up contradictory emotions in me. Generally unpleasant ones.
