I did a little searching for this 'Professor Sam Chang' with the Human Genome Project. So far, nobody has heard of him. (...and the article is suggested to be a hoax.) I did find an article where a Dr. Michael Sallas talks about not being able to find this Professor Chang and goes into a discussion about the possible validity of the theory. He does reference Zechariah Sitchin's translations concerning our origins which may be mistranslated according to Dr. Michael Heiser who holds a Ph.D. in Hebrew Bible and Ancient Semitic Languages from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.

man imagine the problem using a computer as comparison

if we can code programs on computers
what if an alien race/god/mystic computer designed that DNA language for us to decode and unlock more of ourselfs

what if we possesd a DNA encode decode writer like your DVD player?
could we do like the stories of old ?

encode a new life form?
recently scientists made the first man made life form!!!!

is that not what is said in most creation stories?

Curious is this is a smear/dis-info campaign on the whole ET/human DNA subject all together.

I do admit that the evidence is very convincing and ties well together with the Sitchin translations. Regardless of the Sitchin translations there is a ton of evidence world wide in the ancient world that would explain A LOT of things that today really don't add up.

Pyramids and ancient structures that are far too superior in construction and design for the technology deemed available at the time.

There are numerous ares of research that point to ancient aliens and genetic manipulation it all ties in really well imho.

Did you notice the "Hoax" tag. The article is a hoax on a fake news site that has links to a discussion board that is a known attack site.

Perhaps they say 'alien' DNA, because nothing else on Earth is composed entirely of this specific DNA.

Maybe every living things has elements of the ET DNA, which is present, but not activated, and nothing is completely made from it alone..except a being with most of the 'big code' activated i suppose.

As of today, this story is now on 'The Canadian' newspaper website, so i don't think this belongs in the hoax forum.

"The Canadian" seems to print just about anything. "The Canadian" changes the date to the current date every day.
If you look at the bottom of the page you will see that the page is copyrighted 2007. If you look at the URL you will see that the page is from January 8, 2007.

Fake and hoax.

For starters, I don't recall the manipulation to be so extensive. Hardly a few sets were replaced in the human genome at key locations using recoded k-class retrovirusses. just enought to start a chain reaction in the brain. Also, only the pre-teen generation had been altered genetically in a single tribe in the south of Africa with some minor sterilisation on all exemples of the tribe that could potentially reproduce with the pre-teen modified specimens.

Ofcourse, there were earlier test with genetic modification, but they all failed or had half-results. (if they had succeeded homo sapiens sapiens had not existed)

But really, who cares, be glad you live. And don't worry about that illusion called self-awareness, the haze will lift in time. For now, rejoice and take a beer.
