The only consciousness shift you will experience will be with regard to a high fiber diet.

Almost no one believes in the Annunaki. More people probably believe in the Cult of Cthulu than in Annunaki and Nibiru.

Believing in the Annunaki is like believing that the Necronomicon is real. One day I saw a book in a book store that claimed to be a translation of the Necronomicon. That's so funny, a translation of a book that never existed.

Well considering in nature the strong survive - same principle - all those "followers" that are falling apart because "the world is ending" wil do away with themselves then we will hopefully be left with a world with a lot stronger type of person. Unfortunately we will still watch others making a difference on TV and we will be sitting with our fat butts on the sofa wondering "who is going to tackel these governments of corruption".

In short - nothing will really change except for the fact that we have to waste a LOT of good ground throwing people in coffins into it. We will have the same issues and probably the same governments and we will be reading on ATS that the world will end on 20 December 2020... AND someone will have the proof LMFAO!!

well, at least probably 50% of this website will not post again after 2012, so, looking for the bright side, it may improve the overall quality

suicide = failed at all level to pass the test of life
i beleive some exception comes ...
like somebody who got extremelly burned 90% of his body ...
but even there
if you have a strong soul and will to live
you will never think of suicide
of course im not burned ... cant really tell like that

but even if i was sure a meteorite was going to crash on earth tomorrow
killing everybody
i would not panic and think its the end

everyone is different but i can assure you
no mass suicide will come foward
a few will maybe do that
people dont suicide themself
they are killed by natural event and wars

I'm more worried about what people are going to do to OTHERS based on this belief about the end of the world. I've heard of people saying they are contemplating killing their children so they won't have to suffer when 2012 comes (I forget if it was in a lecture from a NASA scientist, or on Penn and Tellers BS).

Let these people kill themselves but don't let them kill each other or harm anyone else.

You know they will set another year, they always do. People find one thing, one way or another and then create theories.

You said this would be a bright side, I agree it would, but a new theory/conspiracy will come and hoaxes will probably increase into the ufo section.

I'm not saying that this will happen, but it is a possibility.

I gave you a star for that post. WHY? I spoke with a shaman 1-2 years back. He told me the world will not end in 2012, what will happen is that there will be a more spiritual/energetic connection between one another. However, it will be felt 100-200 years later.

If you are into meditation and the feel of energy then you will instantly feel it, for those not to aware, 100-200 years later.

A more spiritual connection between people, but oh, it'll be in about 200 years after everyone who made the prediction died so they can't be blamed for making a false prediction.

If there is a mass suicide during this time, i think it would be part of the gov'ts plan and they would somehow influence this, buy maybe project blue beam or something similar.

The domino effect may be something to consider as well. i hope it doesn't happen like that as many people will be dealing with a lot of other stresses.

You won't have to wait until 2012 to see if something is going to happen. The progression of events started in the late 90's. Late this year, and all of 2011 there will be some big changes taking place that will lay the foundation for 2012. The sun is a big part of ascension/vibrational changes. To "ascend" one has to increase their vibrational frequency. Mother Earth and the Sun have already starting the process. Get ready for a wild ride from now through 2013 as those torsion waves from the black hole in the center of our galaxy get denser. You haven't seen nothing yet.

Those people that are not "in-the-know" may think they are going crazy...and indeed, as a result, there could be an increase in suicides, but I don't think that will happen on any large scale.

It's funny,i was just thinking the other day how many possibilities of this end time 2012 could be. You have asteroids,solar flares,mass floods,Nibiru,earth quakes,alien invasion,galactic alignment,gamma ray bursts,mass plague,world economic collapse,nuclear war,the anti Christ, did i forget anything,lol But why kill yourself? Just sit back and let mother nature do the job!

if its gonna start getting crazier then thats more of a reason for people to believe in the theory. Thus causing more people to kill themselves.
