Gulf waters continue to be destroyed by the greed of oil companies; in particular BP. Why do we allow them to continue? They are not responsible enough to be trusted to do any more drilling! This video brings people to tears..already the beaches are becoming covered in oil, let alone what it's doing to the marshlands in Louisiana. I am shock to have the beliefs I have lived with shattered by the uncaring of humanity. What for it, it'll happen to us too.

We need more people showing the world whats going on. This is not just a little ole oil spill. This could quite possible impact the food chain the the Gulf Coast. Universities and Private Organisations are saying this is horrible and the Government is saying this is manageable. If it is manageable then why isn't it being managed?

I admire this guy. He's got balls, We need more people who are willing to take whatever repercussion to show the truth. This is awesome in my book. I hope this spill opens everyone's eyes to the truth and makes everyone want it.

Who's to say he's breaking the law ?? him.

I thought the law was you had to be at least 65 feet from any oil cleanup operation ? I think being in a plane would put him far past that.

However I am thankful at least some people are willing to put their remote control down, not make that extra stop at Mcdonalds, and do something about this, even if it is only filming.

Ok I smell a rat.
I am officially calling bullspit.
With all of the oil that is supposedly gushing out on camera you would think you could see the oil.
Yes even with the dispersant.
Now no one can go there lest ye be branded a terrorist with a camera.
Yet this guy flew right in, did he not have a flight plan?
Although this guy filmed all of this before the $40,000. fine was announced.
The only thing I saw on the water was a bit of sheen that could have been done with a few gallons of oil. And they want me to think kazillions of barrels are gushing in daily?
Truly this newer footage was not as polluted as this guys first film.
Something is a miss.
But I do hear property values south of the mason Dixon line are getting cheap though.

That area is a NO-FLY ZONE. He could lose his pilot's license and plane.

Every one should save a copy of videos like this because they may be made to disappear.

Then you're not looking at the video posted by the OP, you didn't watch the whole video.

I did - and - I saw sights horrific.

Massive spillage extending to the horizon with boats the size of ants to use as a comparison.

That he went in and took the pictures BEFORE the no-fly zone and 40k fine was posted should be noted.

Not that it takes away from the spill, no, it's just my opinion we have to stay as factual as possible in this situation.

peace

That video was a true eye opener. No wonder they stopped reporting about it, the oil spill is a true atrocity. Never has man kind ruined this much of the Earth this shortly.

I say boycott BP, lets run them to the ground!!

I think they are hiding it from the rest of the world. as all the planet will suffer from this. it will take about a year plus for it to reach Europe. the fish in the sea are low now. soon the life in the sea will die. not all of it. we get a lot of are air we breath from the seas. in 5 to 10 years the rest of the world will truly Hate America, and its people! they will wont to make you pay. no amount of money will ever pay for this. this is why they try to hide it. not from the Americans. but the rest of the world. God help us ALL !

America = Genocide

Why do you say the world is going to hate America for this?

I was unaware they were burning the oil. Seems pretty futile to me.
