Massive sightings of the same UFO type spread out over various locations TONIGHT!

do you have a link for the video? Does this object disappear? What else do you know about this object?

All I'm seeing is two very high altitude plasmoids. This is just electro-magnetic energy.

Having this happen on the 4th, and from the direction of USA toward the UK... having this be the second in recent months, and having two plasmoids this time...

It's most likely just a message. Hopefully in the nature of a defensive assertion, than an offense one.

Anyways, this vid was taken tonight (07/07) around 9pm central. Saw it in the eastern sky... very very bright and moving quickly. Was below or very near the clouds as far as I could tell. Within two minutes it had travelled from one horizon to the other. Made no noise. Its pretty easy to see that this is not hoax or anything tampered with. I just have no idea what it is.

Look at the bold and underlined part, then if we look at your video,guess what IT DOESN'T, that is why I said you had exaggerated your story not as bad as some but at the same time NOT 100% correct.

The problem is TO MANY people on here want the UFO to be true it clouds there judgement of what they actually see.

I would love to see REAL proof, in fact I would love to be the one that finds it because you would make a fortune over night!. I do think out there somewhere life exists Do they visit earth NO!

Have a look at some sites on the net re video cameras, there are hundreds of videos on you tube like this, people zoom in the object goes out of focus it looks like its change shape, then guess what thats whats claimed on the videos.

Practice with the camera during daylight use manual focus if possible.

You never know know your luck maybe one day you will get the REAL thing!

I never said it changed shape... so I'm not sure how that is relevant.

And as you can see, in the video, by the 1:30 mark its pretty much completely out of sight. The last 30 seconds or so I could no longer see it. When the video started, it was pretty much "in front of me" It was much much closer when I first saw it - then had to run inside and get camera - by that time, probably about 30 seconds, it was already much farther away.

When it was closer I could actually see the clouds around it being illuminated.

I never made any claims about it. Never said it was aliens. Never said it changed shape. When it was farther away it did appear to be changing intensity but not a lot. The video confirms it.

I still don't think I made any wild assertions that are untrue. Within approximately 2 minutes it had spanned my entire visible skyline.

I am sorry that you have not yet seen proof, yes there are some that WANT things to be true, I am not one of them. I know they are here, I have had very close encounters.. my husband, children and cousins all saw a metallic gold sphere that went by us within about 5 ft from our vehicle that was about the size of a compact car.. before shooting up into the sky and disappearing from sight. My husband is one of the biggest skeptics you will ever meet. He won't deny what he saw to this day but he will not even attempt to discuss what it was because he doesn't know. The objects we saw on the 4th I thought to be planes on both counts until they did things that proved them to NOT be planes.
One reversed course instantly and the other which had traveled faster than any of the true aircraft we had seen that night vanished within a few miles of us.
I don't know what they were, but I can tell you they were not chinese lanterns. they were not wobbling about willy nilly. both objects had a distinct path it was following.
I have seen a good many things in my life but I am a true skeptic, anyone can tell you that there have been many a UFO in this forum that I have debunked. Solar Balloons being one of the most popular misconceived objects that tend to fool alot of people.
If something is explainable.. I am going to call it out. Some of these accounts are possibly explainable as chinese lanterns but NOT ALL, and I think the sheer volume of sightings indicates that it is something we need to research further. Especially for the sightings that did not fit the possibility of being a chinese lantern.

Everyones saying chinese lanterns, but I dont understand... so anything that looks like a ball of light and is flashing is automatically a chinese lantern ??

Did you even visit the links above? This has gone beyond paper lanterns.
When an airport gets shut down over a UFO... its time to stop being smug and pay attention to what is going on.

I must say this is very fascinating stuff, only time can tell. I myself believe that something life changing for all humans on earth will happen somewhere between now and the predicted 2012 date.

The life changing events that you need to worry about are the Cap& Trade taxes that will screw us all, and Barry O's rationed Health Care system; i.e. Marxist/Mao/Che style=euthanasia

No Aliens are coming, they aren't out there gathering en-mass getting ready to save us. If were out there, they'd be charging up their selected species killing machinery, getting ready to wipe us out. We are not anything special, that warrants saving. Humans are rotten and we've proven it to ourselves over and over again for thousands of years. And we have the gall to sneer at the cockroach! We're no better than the roach to the Cosmos caretakers.

I agree 100%, for certain changes are coming if for no other reason then our sun reaching its solar maximum. One big hit could change life as we know it.
could these objects have been related to the sun in some way? who knows.
I don't see how, but we are always learning new things, we always behave like we have all the answers, but if that were true then no new discoveries would ever occur.

Hi guys, I am new here as I was googling for related information to what I experienced last week and came across this site.

Sorry if I am posting in the wrong thread, and first of all I would like to say that the following doesn't mean I am a hard believer in aliens, UFOs and such, I am only wondering what is it that I have seen last Friday over London, UK, be it UFOs (after all, it only means "unidentified flying objects" that I could not identify myself), chinese lanterns or whatever. I am an open-minded person just trying to find an explanation to what I have seen as I couldn't find anything about it in the news.

So, here we go:

Me and my wife have witnessed what we are enclined to call a UFO sighting over London, UK, on Friday night (9 July 2010).

It happened approximately between 10.30pm and 11pm, there were loads of them (maybe about a hundred in total or more) coming from South West flying over London and disappearing to the North East for about 30mn in total.

They looked like orange lights flying fast and high, we thought it could be balloons or chinese lanterns but there wasn't a strong wind that night to explain their speed and directions: they seemed to go high first on the South West, some looking like dancing with each other, and then crossing straight over London to the North East at fast speed.

We caught it on camcorder and have posted the footage on youtube, in three parts (the video is not edited and is exactly as we have shot it, I am no special FX specialist whatsoever):

Please let me know if anyone else here have seen the same thing that we did on that night, maybe they are just lanterns but I haven't heard anything about it in the news and find it a bit strange that someone could have obtained some special permission to release so many of these over the city, when the air traffic was still quite busy with helicopters and airplanes descending to Heathrow or the City Airport at that time.

I suppose we will know more about this in the news soon, as I guess we are probably not the only ones to have witnessed that.

Hi Harry,
Even more so than most other videos, your camera is very good in that it is showing the Lanterns very noticeable in their deeper orange colour. Wind speed is is however indicative of how fast a lantern can travel, and no wind at ground level does not mean wind at any other level above that. They are nothing much more than a paper bag in the air.

First of all I do think out there some where other life exists does it visit here NO.
The observational skils of most UFO believers leave a lot to be desired when it comes to video and picture evidence. In most cases the heart rules the mind.
On another thread on here of a video claimed to be a cigar shaped UFO over England, a couple of posters made claims about height and speed, one claimed due to the type of cloud the object was at a certain height but being the typical low res youtube video you cannot see the object pass through the clouds you have no idea of the size of the object so you cannot work out the height or speed although someone claimed 1000mph
So I set a little challenge to them I linked to a picture of a statue outside a church I gave then an approx height for the statue and they can see the church and its doors in the background and asked them to work out how far it was from the church.
What was interesting for a blurry youtube video with NO size data they could give a statement of height yet with a hi res still picture WITH size data guess what THEY stopped posting and never answered I WONDER WHY
Videos of lights at night tend to be pretty bad just look at most youtube videos ,focus is wrong then when object goes into then out of focus its changing shape.
Chinese lanterns dont tend to wobble they float along on the air current and even when released at the same time from same area they can go at different speeds and reach different heights.

I look at videos and look for clues to what it could be when you run out of those then its a ufo but that still doesn't mean MOG from ZOG is at the controls!
