Hello my fellow ATS'ers, because all new users must be required to have 20 non-spam posts to be able to create a thread, I promised my friend I would share his recent paranormal or what experiences, also he is Hungarian so obviously English isn't his native language so please forgive any grammar/typo errors.

So here goes:

Exactly 7 days ago i woke up at around 00:10 am. I had a bad dream and i could only open my eyes. when i opened my eyes i could see a person standing about 1.5 meters away from my bed. it wore a really long black cloth. as soon as i took a glace at him i froze in fear, i couldn't see it's head, just it's long black (coat). i couldnt even move my eyes to check it's head. I could only close my eyes and reopen them. The person then disappeared. I couldn't sleep that night. A few hours ago i had another experience at about 00:40, i felt someone is grabbing my knees and trying to pull me off my bed. I woke up slowly, i could see nobody and i was in my original position on the bed. Although my chair was at the end of my bed turning straight to my bed and it seemed someone sit there. I am kinda disappointed now. I believe in supernatural, although i am not christian. I only believe in freedom. In real life i am a really negative person, i am always nervous and i feel so much hate towards humankind. I am in the best 5 students at the University and i am not happy about it, at all since i am not the best. Would someone help me ? Did i go nuts or something?

So is my friend suffering from a psychotic episode or is he the victim of a malicious entity either paranormal or extraterrestrial?

Sleep paralysis is the most common explanation for what he experienced.

Would like to know more though.

That is a viable explanation if anything, I've asked my friend to create an account and go into more details.

Hello,

I am the one who is suffering from this problem. I would glady tell you more if you could specify what exactly you want to know.

I had a similar problem. I usually am lucid during my dreams, the problem is in some dreams that sort of thing happens. I can move my eyes, but I can't scream or move etc. The problem is I can't wake up.

The dreams stopped since they probed me ... my a** still hurts (joking here)

Also I experienced a paranormal event in the same room. Not joking here.

I'm just trying to ascertain if sleep paralysis is the cause of your problems or not.

Do you live a stressful life? Do you find yourself getting stressed a lot? Do you suffer from insomnia, or just generally have trouble falling asleep? Have you ever tried to lucid dream? Do you sleep flat on your back? Have you moved recently, or changed jobs, or something else significant happened in your life recently?

If the answer to one or more of the above questions is "yes", then it is likely to be sleep paralysis. It's very common, almost everyone has had this at least once in their lives, and it usually happens around a time of great stress.

If not, then it might be something else entirely, but I'm not the one to talk to about whatever that is.

Hello again,

You simply had a nightmare. Sleep paralysis. But these experiences are windows into the future, if you can interpret your dreams.

I seldom remember my dreams, but when I do, and I can make sense out of them, I am always amazed when I see their manifestations within the next day or two. It's like I am expecting a somewhat unusual specific event (that I interpreted the dream as), to happen around my immediate surroundings, and then it happens, usually later that evening, or within 48 hours. I wish I could remember more dreams.

As for your paranormal experience, it could be demons, or something else.

I hope the recent flooding in your country that I saw on the news didn't affect you or yours.

Well ya know, like most things in life there's a lot of ways you could look at this. Sure, maybe he's being bothered by an extraterrestrial, demonic, or somesuch. In that case the suggestion would be to raise his base vibratory level, or in regular terms become nice. Could be MILABS, in which case I don't know what to suggest other than publicity or company, but then you might be pulling them into things as well. University science could suggest that it's a mental disorder(sleep paralysis or somesuch) and that the cure is medicine, but I've never seen that cure much, and I've rarely seen them suggest much else.
Sorry I can't suggest much in the way of help. The "vibrational" approach is probably very effective, but it may be that hardest way. Not that those two things are un-related. As far as help with that I suggest www.agoyangyang.com, then going down the left hand side to the "illusions" tab. Every 5 minutes you spend there could increase your lifespan by like a year.
Also learning Chi Lel or Quantum Touch may be a good option.

Hatred is a powerful emotion. I've experienced similar issues. There is a great deal of reason to hate humanity. However, we are all part of the cosmos. We need to learn to love one another and overcome our deep rooted issues aganst one another.

Love is the only thing that gives us strength. We need to learn to love one another. When you get older, somehow we become more tolerant towards others. It's a shame we are not born with the innate ability to love rather than to survive. Why should it take fifty years to learn this?

As humans, I think we are getting there. A few more hundred or so years, we just may very well be at the precipice of learning to be spiritual beings rather than simply being survivalists.

Letting go of hatred is tantamount to our survival as a species.

Thank God I have been allowed to live this long and see this truth. It's much like being a child full of wonder and no predjudice.

Remember being young and not caring about the color of the skin of another? We teach ourselves hatred. Then, we live as long as we can to undue these belief systems.

I'm glad I've been given the opportunity to live long enough to outgrow the evil that is intrinsic in today's society.

I now no longer dream about the evil that abounds, but I now dream about the goodness and bounty of life. Great things happen in my dreams now.

Your friend has been having nightmares, or sleep paralysis. The first time you... I mean your friend opened his eyes, they weren't really open, he was still in REM sleep, when he shut them and reopened them, he was really awake. These dreams can seem very very real, but they are just dreams, but very powerful dreams. You have to fight to wake up.

They are also very scary, as you are griped with pure fear.

When you can stare the specter in the face, up close and personal, without fear, you might be able to interpret your dreams, and anticipate the interpretation.

Hello,

I'm originally from Tulcea, over there the water might get to my flat. My paranormal experience is posted in another thread started by me I think.

I actually do know quite a lot about sleep etc, as I am working with some EEG software at the moment. I used to have lucid dreams, but they sort of stopped.

Yep dreams are cool, they sometimes tell you what could happen, it's a shame you usually realize it to late.

I wanted to mention the dream was a recurring dream, maybe 4-5 times, I know it's a dream because in the dream I'm on my back and I usually sleep on my side and don't really move while sleeping.

Alright,

Thank you for the fast replies. To answer one of the questions, yes i have lucid dreams aswell, although they are not scary. I got no problems falling asleep nor i sleep flat on my back, i always sleep on my side. I get angry and mad at almost everything that bothers me. And about a month ago i changed accomodations.

You think that these could be windows to the future?

Don't get me wrong. I am not a mad antisocial dude, I am nice to the ones who deserve it. I just hate humankind that they are going to destroy everything on this planet.

Yes and stop hating yourself. Usually when people feel hatred toward the masses, the problem lies within ones self.

I believe that dreams are premonitions. During sleep, the subconscious mind is revealed while we are unconscious. I believe that the subconscious mind contains all of our future experiences. This is because the past the present and the future are all occurring simultaneously, according to Einstein.

Don't let these nightmares scare you. You can't even see the shadow's head because the dream is so scary. Next time, look him in the eyes without fear, remember, it is only a dream.
