This is an interview with Joe Rogan in which he talks about the real reason marijuana is illegal. I dont think it could have been said any better and it has many fascinating points. Also, I feel the part where he talks about the pineal gland was really fascinating also and it has caused me to look into it more.

Joe has ALOT of interesting theories and even if you do not agree with his view it is always thought provoking. very under rated comedian, but i dont think he really cares.

Joe Rogan is AWESOME! He's an absolutely brilliant guy with a creative, intuitive mind-I love how proud of his use he is. He reminds me a little bit of myself...if I were a dude...hmmm..

There are so many reasons marijuana is illegal.....The pharmaceutical industry...paper industry...the governments inability to tax it...racism....alcohol companies pushing their poison, afraid that the legalization of marijuana would cut into their profits (which it would imo)...

But Rogan touched on the deeper reasons for it being illegal...marijuana opens up the mind and allows you to see the hypocrisy that is all around us. It allows you to see that many things that you are constantly being spoon feed by msm and society in general are simply untrue. If marijuana were legal and easily accessible to the general public more people would try it and would open their minds. This is something that they do not want because if people opened their minds and realized that they were being enslaved by ruthless "leaders" who cared nothing about them, "leaders" who cared only about more money and more power for themselves, they would soon do something to stop this corruption.

IMO all the recent discussions about the legalization of marijuana in the msm is just another distraction. I say this because I think they are only discussing this because so many people are crying out about this issue. However, no matter how much they discuss this issue they never seem to look deep into the issue. They just use the same tired old talking points about why it should be illegal and how this study or that study has found that it has no medical benefits. This claim is ludicrous and many know it. However the msm always seems to end a segment about legalization or even decriminalization with some bs about how it has no medical value or how it leads to some sort of violence.

I keep track of msm just to see what kind of *snip* they are trying to sell us on any given day. I see over and over how they will have a segment about legalization and then not too long after will have a bit about someone under the influence of marijuana committing this crime or that crime. It is insanity. Marijuana does not make you commit crimes. It does not make you lazy. It does not make you stupid and it does not make you unable to learn new things. Those who claim otherwise have never tried it, have an agenda of their own, or are afraid of it because they have been brainwashed into believing in all that "refer madness" bs. Marijuana has many benefits medical and otherwise but I fear its full potential as an herb that heals both mind and body will never be fully realized because of the suppression of this miracle plant by those who have an insatiable hunger for money and power. I hope that sooner rather than later enough people will stand up and say enough is enough and the prohibition of this drug will end. Marijuana helps many people with many different illnesses live a life free of pain and sickness and imo it is inhumane to take from them a natural remedy that in many cases is far better than anything the pharmaceutical industry has to offer.

I will never stop speaking out against this injustice and no matter how much the anti drug establishment tries to pin me down as just some "stoner" that doesn't know anything and just wants to "do drugs", I will always know that if nothing else, I am knowledgeable on this issue and I know that I am right. This battle will be won and one day, one sweet day, the general public will realize that they were wrong all along and in no way is marijuana harmful or destructive to our society.

A friend of mine Met Joe in a Vegas Casino while a UFC function was in town a couple years back and said the guy is very down to earth nice guy who was willing to talk his views with anyone interested.

What really Pisses me off as it should every other American is how the Government seems to automatically assume it has the right to tell us what we can and cant put into our bodies. Government is supposed to work only if the majority of citizens agree too it. Clearly and sadly this isn't the case.

Our idiot law makers seem to think we are a bunch of babies who cant control ourselves and have no common sense, I don't know about you but it makes me want to revolt.

Sorry if I'm ranting a bit in the wrong place but Thanks again for the links.

Ah, it's nice to know there are people out there that think like I do on this. Doubly nice that he can get a lot more attention than my puny self can.
