a new discovery about DNA is in the works. it concerns a type of imprinting of the DNA's electromagnetic signature into water. IMO, this could be a very good explanation as to why junk DNA has not been actively eliminated from the human genome.

They have made a lot of progress, identifying our DNA and it's contents.

The following article will explain a lot, and there isn't much junk left.
