All you have to do to see where this will go is to look at the Whitewater investigation during the Clinton administration. In that case there were much worse crimes committed and several unusual deaths.

In order to control the magnitude of the revelations the limp wristed republocrats tried to impeach the president for 'lying' about Monica Lewinsky. That was just a smokescreen for what was really going on.

In that case we had worse crimes and a republican congress and it went nowhere. This is going to go nowhere before it even starts.

Not really. Since there was no election involved. The choice of who would fill the seat was up to the Governor. Unless there is evidence that Obama offered some kind of bribe to get the senator of his choice, you're out of luck.

The way I look at the whole situation is pretty simple. This is EPIC proportion and FAR outweighs the Whitewater scandal or any other cover up. This far outweighs even 9/11 (God Bless all who perished, and served)

Let's put something in perspective.

Population of LA: 4.3 million
Population of FL: 1.8 million
Population of AL: 4.6 million
Population of MS: 2.9 million

Here's my point. As an Arizonian I have a hard time believing that the people will stand quiet as they are being polluted, poisoned, muzzled, and being told LIES!

Obama has done NOTHING at all, nor has the Coast Guard and is becoming much more clear that it's not neither the USCG or the Administration that are running things down there!

I believe that this catastrophe will get so out of proportion that I can't even put into words. The response from the Adminstration has been horrific! The response from the USCG, appalling!!!!!!!!!

I'M PISSED! And I'm sorry for not agreeing with the fact that piece of crap at the White House, couldn't or wouldn't be impeached from everything that has happened thus far in his "Command and Chief" role!!!!

This is HUGE news!

Uh, that wouldn't be election tampering. The governor appoints a replacement. And technically, Obama was still an Illinois senator when Blago was told about his preferences for whom would replace him, so I fail to see how this is "HUGE news."
