It turns out that White House Chief of Staff Rahm 'Dead Fish' Emanuel gave a list of preferences to Blago's chief of staff, John Harris, which named four individuals Obama would support to fill his vacated Senate seat.

Such an act is in clear violation of federal law concerning election tampering on the part of elected officials.

Nothing will come of this. We are only kidding ourselves if we think that something such as this will bring down the sitting president. Clinton could have been uprooted but wasn't, Bush could have been uprooted, but wasn't and Obama could be as well. But it wont happen.

If the people controlled the process by which these men were impeached than I think that he would be gone in a heartbeat. But we dont control it. The men with power that are inter-connected with Obama are in control.

We can only stand by and watch the circus perform. We can only hope the clown falls off of the high-wire.

I couldn't agree more with what you're saying, but I think that the list of what Obama has done thus far has grown so far that WE NEED TO RISE as a group of people and spam our elected politicians with what we think on what is currently happening. This is just a few things that should be said.

"They" also said nothing would ever happen to Nixon for his misdeeds (which seem pretty mild by today's standards). He was forced to resign. The MSM is the weak link right now. People are not getting the truth!

Nothing shown in this article shows Obama has broken any laws. He told Rahm who he'd like to see replace him. So what? It could have been a casual conversation such as "Hey - you know what would be great? If so-and-so, or so-and-so took my seat...." and Rahm went off and did this on his own.

Plus, Harris is the one who had the conversation with Blagovich. Unless there is a recording or other evidence of Rahm (or Obama) talking directly with Harris, the chain of evidence is broken.

Yes i agree with you and would spam politicans in a second if i thought it would do much good but i've tryed that before and nothing changed.

We are playing with the devil and won't win whilst we are playing by his rules else we would not be having this discussion in the first place.

I am inclined to agree. Were he a yankee doodle dandy born on the fourth of July, in the exact centroid of the nation, the 'change' has been enough~never mind the question of place of birth.

But when you think about those responsible for the vetting process (media), you have to understand that they too would suffer, no matter how well they assimilate new shapes and trends~so how can anything happen to him?

They won't allow it. Instead, it will be a miserable two or three decades of grinding to a halt as the effects come to bear. This works out in favor of all who worked (said aye) for the glorious final victory! Probably one of three dollars in circulation will tend to sickness, rather than the 1 in 6 now. Who would start a business with this carbon cap and trade talk? In the meantime, they'll have time to change shape as barry takes the full blame for everything they ALL worked so hard at. And what of any of it will they repeal!!!

I would have to disagree with that, as there could always be a bipartisan. Congress is already under great pressure from it's citizens, and the Administration is under the gun from the American people as well.

But the more I think about it, the more I ponder the possibility of that happening, I very well may be "delusional".

I read the article. Your source is flawed on many levels.

There is NO DIRECT LINK between Obama and Harris, nor is there a direct link between Harris and Rham. Better yet, the way the sentence was structured was to purposely lead one to think otherwise.

It is A told B that C told A what D said. There is nothing here to implicate Obama for sure, and probably Rham as well. Without a solid chain of evidence, the allegation fails.

Most Americans no longer have the intellectual capacity or the attention span to understand why this is bad or even an impeachable offense. Once a critical mass of graduates from government education camps reaches maturity, it is impossible to extricate them from self pleasuring behavior.

They could care less if the president is a Marxist, hates America, and was bought and paid for by terrorists and hostile foreign powers. So what. He looks good, is of the preferred race and appeals to the emotions.

This will go nowhere. You would have to have a police video of the president using automatic weapons on baby's before anyone will care or notice.

Yes I agree with you that there is no "direct-link". But I do believe that several media outlets are going to make it perfectly clear as the link that I provided below, further puts the White House under even more pressure and distrust from the American People, and other foreign Governments.

I think you would agree that crap rolls down hill. I believe that Blagojevich is going to spill as much information as he can. John Harris will then be interrogated to the fullest extent.

If this "list" can be directly linked to Rahm, that would cause a stir within the White House. But we don't know do we? There's been rumor that Rahm will only fulfill a 2-year term, which again is just rumor as of this point. But again, I think that the Administration is putting people in place, that they want to see in place for their own agenda's.

Being Obama is a very charismatic leader to many and the democrats are in full control of both houses, Couple that to the general acceptance of political miss deeds and shady deals running rampant in our political system then add the lame stream media which parrots instead of investigates .

If these hurdles were over came there one final item to be over come the race card .

As much as I am in favor of the rule of law being applied equally across the board rich poor white black red brown yellow peon to the government officials to the president of the US . I dont see it happening today .

The media was hounding people in the government it was plastered on many news out lets . Of course you had a few out lets who parroted what they were told .

Whats different with the media today as opposed to 35 years ago ?

They parrot what they are told and are basically owned by a few select companies . Where 40 years ago the owners of media was quite alot of companies Newspapers were home owned there were the big 3 tv but locals networks often did what they wanted in the way of news and reporting and investigating .

Not until the news media plaster it all over like it was something wrong then Not Until the masses get the felling something is wrong and pressure the representatives nothing is going to get done .

Its a shame the rule of law being subverted by party lines and public opinion and polls .

And REMOVAL from office.
And automatic repeal of all the nefarious laws he has signed.

Impeachment? I think Obama is a terrible president, but no. The next two people in line are Joe Biden followed by Nancy Pelosi.

As bad as Obama is, he's the only one of those three that's even remotely fit for that office.

Sadly, I have to agree.
The impeachment "cure" might well be worse than the disease.

But at least some sort of justice might be seen to be done.

If US Presidents start becoming subject to the full scrutiny of law, it might well have a profound effect on the path US politics takes in the future.

In Australia our Prime Minister just got stomped.
Not because he did anything really wrong, except to annoy a whole lot of people.
Over here in oZ, our political leaders are acutely aware that any perceived mis deed will see their very rapid demise.
Not even a full blown scandal is required, and they get the chop.

And that is extremely healthy.
