Anything ever come of this? I caught bits and pieces of threads, but couldn't get behind it.

Hit on 16 and under against the dealer showing 7 or higher.

Hit on soft 17's against a dealer showing 8 or higher

Never split 10's!!!! EVER!

Always split Aces and Eights.

Stand on 12 and over against the dealer showing 6 or lower.

Pretty much all you need to know. No conspiracy here.

It's either obviously the former or too soon still to rule out the latter?

I have an open mind, but I don't see why they would need to speak in code through mass market media. Wouldn't there be any number of more secure ways to communicate?

The strip was creepy and chilling, I'll give them that. As others have pointed out, these end of the world predictions never pan out so many of them are just a nuisance unless they're entertaining like Operation Blackjack was. Bring on the sequel. Let's see whatcha got.

people are all over it it's a bunch of ridiculousness and bs and the only thing it has going for it is that the date hasn't come yet.

then the date comes ... ::crickets::

but we'll see five or six more tomorrow and everybody will get all agitated and start screaming about false flags and underground bunkers. that beat just keeps going on. lather, rinse, repeat.

Nobody paid attention to a thread I made about it being a cover for the beginning of a potentially horrible hurricane/storm in the gulf...
June 21-23/blackjack, the oil gusher, and hurricane season

On the 21st, 22nd, and 23rd I read about a few different possible tropical storms forming. I haven't been following them at all so I have no idea how it's working out, and even if one of them does stick around and strengthen, it'd be a while before any real damage is done.

But the point would still stand that they were officially recognized, or born, on blackjack's timeline..

Stretch? More than likely. But it's still something to keep in mind.
