It's just Google bombing not really much else to say about it. Very simply you need to pick search phrase and a page to link and then you just spread a lot of pages that use the chosen search term as the link to the chosen page.

If Google spiders see the same term linking to that page enough they will associate it so in theory at least you could make Google link to any page you liked with the search of your choice. In practise I would think you need quite a lot of individuals working to the same goal.

This is not a prank, google cache will show you that the page was selected because it contains three words: can, read and wikipedia, which are all contained too on your search query, that it is this site and not other is just a coincidence i think, it looks pretty obvious when you look at the other search results and by changing wikipedia with wikileaks or anything else as someone else already did on this thread, that's just how google's search engine works.

there will undoubtedly be dozens of these found in the future
