BP Demise Would Threaten U.S. Energy Security, Industry

This is an interesting article

The company’s demise would be disruptive to the American oil industry, given that BP is the largest oil and gas producer in the U.S., with about 1 million barrels per day of production. Some 7,000 of BP’s 23,000 U.S. employees work in the Houston area, many in a suburban office park just off the Katy Freeway.

So now BP is too big to fail?

Great!

I hope they aren't. If they do go down, then so be it. There should be no considerations. America will survive and come out stronger. Let BP fail!

BP already FAILED 60 some-odd days ago. All joking aside, I am so sick of the rescue the big corporations and protecting lawless behavior. If you or I dumped millions of gallons of oil in an ocean we would be arrested for eco-terrorism.
