Spirit Air ad mocks BP, oil spill

This CNN Article decribes a questionable marketing technique...

(CNN) -- A new advertisement posted on Spirit Airlines' website Tuesday has tongues wagging -- and not because of the scantily clad women it features.

The ad -- promoting a $50 discount on travel to the carrier's coastal destinations -- appears to make light of the ongoing BP oil disaster in the Gulf of Mexico.

In it, a series of photos of tanning-oil-drenched women in bikinis appears with the slogan "Check Out The Oil On Our Beaches." The slide show, featuring destinations in Cancun, Mexico; Fort Lauderdale, Florida; San Juan, Puerto Rico; and Atlantic City, New Jersey, culminates in a closeup of two green-and-yellow bottles of "Best Protection" 50 SPF sunscreen, with the B and P highlighted to stand out.

Oil is still spewing at over 2.5 million gallons a day,

and corporate America is laughing at it & us.

Do you feel any cold steel against a company that would laugh off untold suffering, dead birds, dolphins & turtles & millions of people's lives that have been completely wrecked?

Does America matter,

or is America just a cynical joke?

Will Americans respond against this or are they just helpless meat puppets?

Note: an affirming response expected from Republican traitors is a given.
The only time Republicans have America's back is when they are sticking yet another of their treasonous butcher knives into it.

And they got their advertisement for free on news articles all over the place. They do stuff like that intentionally, for its shock value. “You can’t buy that kind of publicity…”

Surprisingly Spirit used to be affiliated with Walt Disney World, and you should see some of their other questionable adds.

I'm thinking this may be yet another way to divert the seriousness of this situation.

Meaning is the 'reality' translation rooting.

Humor, laughter is when something is/gets its reality/meaning roots chopped off [usually suddenly].

Call me a spoil sport, but with 2.5 million or more gallons still spewing per day, over two months later,

i am not laughing.

They better pray i am never in charge.
Because i will show them how hilarious & enjoyable their deaths will be.

Holding their heads in a toilet full of crude oil till they expire with lungs full of it, sounds like a real riot to me.

Wow that would feel so good. Watching the little brown bubbles surface of what used to be their breath.

Also keep in mind that Spirit airlines just went through a major strike...

They lost a lot of money during that and I'm sure they are trying whatever they can to recoup that.... Plus they stand to lose a lot of money from lack of tourism, so they are advertising beaches like Mexico, or va beach etc
