There Will Be War

www.forbes.com

Iran is busy pursuing its nuclear bomb project and enriching its supply of uranium faster than ever before, with the hope of testing its first nuclear bomb. Accomplishing this will fulfill the prophecy sought by the radical members of the secretive society of Hojjatieh, particularly its leader Ayatollah Mesbah Yazdi, the person responsible for the initial election and fraudulent re-election of Mahmoud Ahmadinejad. The Hojjatieh movement impatiently seeks the end of times and the return of Imam Mahdi, the last messiah.

The Hojjatieh are a sect of Shii Islam that is so radical that it was banned by Ayatollah Khomeini in 1983. The current President of Iran, Mahmoud Ahmadinejad, as well as several of his cabinet ministers, are adherents to the Hojjatieh faith.

Mesbah Yazdi is or was also a mentor to the current Iranian president.

They are preparing for war in hopes to force the Mahdi out from his hole. This is likely reason the Iranian president refuses to back down to pressure cause he knows in the end he will be rewarded

Very interesting and frightening all at once. The one, tiny, ray of hope I cling to is that, no matter the tone of the rhetoric, Iran simply does not have a history of being the aggressor in conflict.

I hope and pray the current Iranian administration remains true to their country's peaceful legacy.

Reza Kahlili is a pseudonym for an ex-CIA spy who requires anonymity for safety reasons. A Time to Betray, his book about his double life as a CIA agent in Iran's Revolutionary Guards, was published by Simon & Schuster last April.

There's no such thing as an ex-CIA spy.

Yeah, they're trying for war. And this article is just one of their plants to get to their end goal, and it's the very paragraph you posted that bothers me the most.

Yes Iran is making preparations. But it's always the same ones. Launching a satellite. Testing missiles. Buying arms from Russia. Look it up. This time they're hitting the nuclear thing a bit harder. But let me tell you, the CIA needs a new play book. We've seen this pattern one too many times.

Rubbish.. Iran was working on nuclear energy development. The u.s has its knickers in a twist because iran wont kiss its arse and be yet another u.s puppet. So once again the u.s comes up with a fairytale to start yet another damn war. Why doesnt the u.s push for sanctions on isreal and go to war with them ? They have nuclear weapons and are a threat to the world more than countries like iran ever will be. Yet the u.s supports isreal and its crimes against humanity.

Isreal is the US puppet master and Iran is Isreal's biggest threat. It doesn't matter what Iran is doing with uranium, good or bad, Isreal wants to beat down its neighbors.

Here is the real deal IMO.

Iran Israel and the USA are all very good buddies, in secret.

They cut deals together, and plot out extensive and elaborate media "dramas" to manipulate and distract the public.

Why would they inject fear and uncertainty into their own populations on purpose ??

Because it takes their minds off how sucky their own government is, and gives them reasons to support their government against the foreign "enemy".

It is a tried and true tactic that has been used for centuries to subjugate and brainwash populations into compliance with a government they may not otherwise accept.

The threat of immediate warfare on large scales keeps all of our populations cowering in fear of each other, while at the same time willing to justify preparations to kill each other in that inevitable war.

Eventually wars do happen, because you have to use all this ammo and weaponry sometime. And hey the fat cats need to make a profit!

I repeat:
Iran Israel and the USA are best buddies in secret.

It's all a big scripted show.

The recent round of UN sanctions is the greatest indicator that there will be war. They bite hard ...

These inspections of cargo ships & planes heading for Iran will force Iran into doing something or saying something that kicks it off - either that, or they will be weakened to the point of internal turmoil and revolution.

Who bites hard?

Iran cooperates with the UN and inspectors. Israel on the other hand does not.

Must be why the guy put in place by western powers was revolted and removed by power by Iran 30 years ago. Because in secret, they're such good buddies.

I'm hoping it will be Canada, so their people will not invade the US, plus on their flag there is a red leaf, I don't understand how the maple figures into the equation but the red part I do. Red = Communism therefore Canada must be stopped!
Matt and Trey were not kidding, as we sit in front of our TV’s they prepare for war.
So unless you want your kids to be speaking French and English I’d advise you to get informed NOW!

Total sarcasm but I figured everyone needed a wtf moment.

Sorry wandered off topic.
I do think we will have war with Iran whether we are all buddies or are not.
Afghanistan has been bombed and demoralized into the stone age, same with Iraq.
The states that may have been powerful enough in the African continent are a non issue also.
Iran is simply the next logical target to remove. Then the PTB will almost have a full on hold of the world. All they would have to do is get the North Americas to step in line then it’s done.

American military go where american business interests dictate.....period!
the US Military has been usurped by the corporate monsters it serves so humbly.
Now that huge Afghani mineral deposits are beconing the US will never leave till the last nugget is mined and tha last drop of oil and natural gas is sold and transported.
They will likely wish to set Iran back to the point where it has no real capability to distract the US from the pilaging of Iraq and afghanistan.
Not to mention the other "Stans" beyond afghanistan and....also rich in natural resources like oil etc....
This plan is a half century or more in the making and will go on past Iran.........

I thought we "deny ignorance" here?

There are no innocent parties here but some are more guilty than others. While the US has had it's fair share of shady dealings, the risk of allowing Iran to continue it's nuclear ambitions (regardless of the reason) is too great. We will see an attack on our shores, UK included, in the not too distant future that is for certain. You can't trust a felon with a firearm and i for one don't trust Iran with nuclear power, sorry.

Say what you may about Israel but it's been pretty certain they've had nukes for at least 25 years and we are all still alive. They will never be the aggressor (although treating the Palestinians better couldn't hurt).

It's a complicated situation with too many potential variables to predict anything with any level of certainty. We CAN predict that Iran going nuclear will make the world a more dangerous and tense place. That's enough for me.
