Below is a submitted report to Mufon. It was a letter posted recently. The contents are allegedly a message to us on earth to all of humanity. It carries some interesting concepts and details within the short document. The submitter left no real trace of information or background other than the file and letter itself. If anything, it is an interesting read. The question remains: Is this an authentic message or a very good piece of written fiction? I guess it is up to the reader to decide. Came across this article this morning, not sure of where to post this, I am a new member here on ATS. Most of what was written by the ET is so true and it has definitely opened my eyes. I thought that I should share this right away somehow.
