Its an interesting question. What makes me ponder the most is what scenario would allow that we have conclusive proof that nobody can deny the
existense of aliens among us, yet at the same time limit the contact to the type that many have the perception is going on right now. I think there
would be the creation of large factions among the human race. For example, some Christians, with very strong beliefs, believe that there isn't anyone
else out there, the earth and universe were created for humans. I know because I grew up in such an atmosphere. I believe these people would react
violently to the idea of these aliens, as they would be seen as evil entities. I also believe this group would be the smallest.
Religious revolution would occur, I can envision several cults that exist today as small, considered by most to be whacky, becoming large influential
religious organizations. The star brothers are watching over us, and so and so is in telepathic communication with them.
Some people would be gripped by fear of the unknown, and the uncertainty of the future and begin building bomb shelters in their backyards. Who knows
what the intentions of these beings could be?
But to me, the most fascinating prospects are, what are these entities philosophies and religions if they have any. I certainly would not run out into
the streets throwing garbage cans into the roads and tossing moltov cocktails at the army tanks.
We could also expect to see alot of ufo pictures and videos on the nightly news. Speculation would run rampant.
I dont think you would see any mass panic though, unless a scenario presented itself that showed the aliens to be hostile. If it came out that the
rumors are true, that the government made an agreement with aliens to trade technology for abductions, then yes, I would guess there would be quite a
bit of civil disorder. But that is too much speculation for me.
