Do not buy this bs. the bomb was a joke and far from a WMD. Look at the damn thing for god sakes. it was a JOKE of a bomb

BS!!!

1. That is not a WMD. Not even close! Not even if it had been assembled appropriately and worked as intended. It would still have been a weapon of minor destruction!

2. Why plead guilty? He had no connections, he had nothing to plea bargain with, he had no hope, so he should have stuck to a not-guilty plea forever! What is in it for him to plead guilty for?

3. If this is a WMD, then every IED in Iraq is a WMD and Bush was right all along!

4. If this is a WMD, then every country in the world is violating the ban on WMD's! I bet the Vatican has stronger WMD's than this! I guarantee North Korea has them. I guarantee Iran has them. I bet there are better WMD's in some of my neighbors garages! We better sanction and/or invade everybody! Even the Somalian Pirates have WMD's! No food, but WMD's!

Under the Bush Administration, hand grenades were classified as WMD. I tried to tell folks what that would lead to but I was shouted down as a 'terrorist sympathizer'. Good luck brave new Americans.

Next target for the US government : Frame Americans as the terrorists.

Because when the government takes full control, anyone against it will be considered a terrorist.

Pretty simple.

Well, if it had gone off it would not have fizzled and it would have caused mass destruction. I get the feeling that everything would be a "false flag" to some people. Somehow, some people have become deluded into believing that there are not sick people out there who have it in for others. Ho hum.

If there is evidence that this was some dark government plot - rather then people / person wanting rip out a few streets then please post. Real evidence would help, but not some loon on YouTube.

I am afraid that there are bad people out there who just want to cause harm and mayhem and it is not all planned by Government.

For my part, this is just another wannabe twit who gets off by killing people (or in this case by trying). Just like the failed London nightclub bombing in 2006. The intent was there. Just be thankful that it failed.

Okay.

A Pakistani American goes to Pakistan to learn how to make bombs. He comes back, and messes up because he buys the wrong kind of fertilizer.

...

I can go on google right now and find whatever fertilizer is needed to make a bomb. It can be done in 5 minutes.

You don't go to Pakistan to receive training in bomb making by people who would make the IRA envious in their creativity and utility of everyday objects to make bombs.

If you can't use rational deduction to realize that there is something very fishy with this, well, I wouldn't start accusing people of being delusional.

"Well, if it had gone off it would not have fizzled and it would have caused mass destruction. I get the feeling that everything would be a "false flag" to some people."

It is people like you who are to blame for "authorities" abusing citizens' rights/privacy and shoving surveillance cameras up everyone's rectal cavity. You obviously must enjoy that feeling.

Why was this patsy so anxious to plead guilty so fast? Are you telling me that the few seconds of video evidence which was released was conclusive for guilt? Or was it the car that he allegedly left unattended with fertilizer and wire in it. Any witnesses see him leave his car? Or, are we seeing the usual Zionist media BS and blackout in effect?

Even people who are guilty of a crime are smart enough to get themselves an attorney and not admit guilt. Obviously, this was part of the script for this lackey, so this bogus case could be shut down as quickly as possible.

Congratulations idiot Americans for once again quaking in your boots on cue when you are instructed to. And some people actually wonder why Americans are so easy to manipulate, intimidate and control.

I always laugh when I hear the phrase "Terrorist Training Camp."

As if you can't know how to kill people unless you go there.

Killing is easy. Human bodies are fragile. You can kill dozens of pedestrians on the street with an automobile. You can do it with a kitchen knife.

Terrorists aren't real, or it would be happening every day. And if it did, there is nothing they could do about it. How would you stop everyone with a knife? How could you be sure nobody would plow through a crowd of people with a car? You can't. Society would grind to a halt in an orwellian police state long before the government could stop "terrorism." Is that what you want?

So long story short, the idea that the world is just chock full of terrorists itching to kill Americans is B.S. or we would see it morning, noon, and night on every street in America.

Because killing is easy.

Well since I am on a conspiracy site...doesn't this story sound weird. It's almost like they want to set a new precedent that a WMD is a homemade explosive device capable of hurting people within a 500 foot radius. I guess if it were parked in the center of a new years event at Times Square we could consider this a WMD. But, WTH is with a propane tank being called a WMD. Am I missing something?

False Flag?

Maybe, maybe not. When it comes to "domestic terrorism", the FBI in particular almost always seems to have an inside man, and a disturbing tendency to allow attacks to take place under their watchful eyes.

On the other hand, there is certainly no shortage of yobbos of dubious competence out there willing to kill for some dumbass reason or another. Sometimes a sociopath is really just a sociopath.

To cloud things even further, with so many people pursuing so many agendas, it may often be the case that even those with the purest of intentions end up doing evil in the name of good.

Thus it is usually best to maintain a healthy skepticism, lest we fall into traps of our own design.

The truth is often more elusive than it would appear to be.

When they picked him up the first thing he said was "why didn't it go off", so screw him.

I do agree that it seems every event is looked as if it was a false flag, to the point I get tired seeing it in print....

Well i was going to ask if it was a nuke, biological agents or chemical weapon but can see i'm wasting my time.

We are all terrorists now and even your un-educated chav is starting to twich as these reports come out.

it's starting to look like world leaders are becoming paranoyed so maybe they know time is catching up with them and think that doing anything is better than doing nothing.

Can we not just go back to rome and have gladitors fight it out in the area with the lions because i'm sure it was much more fun than sniffing BS all day.

To be honest I agree that the level of ignorance is astounding. It reminds me of the shoe bomber in level of incompetence, and in both cases I get this image that they go over to the Middle East and end up as the brunt of a joke. It’s like when these guys walk out of the camp the terrorist give each other a high five laughing at their cruel joke.

I really think that this guy who might align with extremist views was just doing some kind of "I'll show them" type action after his girl friend spurned him. People with these views do not like their woman to get out of line….

He said in court...

What was not expected was the defiance with which Shahzad defended what he did. Shahzad told US District Judge Miriam Goldman Cedarbaum he was "a Muslim soldier" avenging the deaths of Muslims killed by Americans overseas, and that he didn't care that his bomb could have killed children.

"It's a war. I am part of the answer to the US terrorizing the Muslim nations and the Muslim people," he said.

Asked whether he was certain he wanted to plead guilty, Shahzad said he wanted to plead guilty 100 times more, and warned that if the US did not leave Iraq and Afghanistan, "we will be attacking US."

He did receive 12,000 dollars from the Taliban to help him, but it all still looks like someone who is lacking in the brain department in many ways.

Some of you have to be kidding. There might not be "terrorist," but there sure are people out there who will kill you to make a statement.

When I got home from Iraq, I knew that there was only a matter of time before we started having IED's and car bombs show up here in the US. It seems really funny right now; oh, he tried to blow up a plane with a shoe, or his bomb didn't work in times square. We have been getting lucky. We have been getting lucky more often lately...

I'm not saying we need the government to search everyone. I'm just saying that we are going to lose a few. You have all read the reports on car bombs in Iraq; 25 people dead, another 25 wounded. Think about the affects of a car bomb in times square.

Some of you need to get with the program, this isn't a game. If you don't believe there are people out there that will take your life with little to no thought, then you need to think again.

If this was done by the government you'd think the bomb would be flawless right, considering the unlimited amount of resources and information available to them?

This is what I don't understand about the false flaggers with this one. Why would the government make such a sloppy bomb? It makes no sense, considering that these false flaggers believe the same people carried out 9/11. How do you orchestrate a complex operation that involves multiple aircraft, explosive demolition, 100+ level buildings, etc. but yet, fail to make a car bomb?

Can someone explain this inconsistency?
