Has any prophecy on ATS ever come true?

Apologies in advance for repitition, dont have time to read the whole thread.

I see prohecies come true on ATS evry day. Every time something happens there are a million and one different prophecies on what will happen next using past events as a guide, and one or more of them are usually right on the money....so...yea prophecies coming true all the time on ATS.

I think however yours is a educated guess, rather than a psychic prophecy on account of your knowledge on earthquakes. I done a quick bit of research and found that each year there are 10,000 earthquakes in the California area each year of varying strength. Therefore it was statistically impossible for that prediction to no come to pass.

That is perhaps a different question. This prediction was 100% accurate (—though no human agency was involved):

Oh right so despite you souring the USGS’s earthquake prediction site, and the fact that earthquakes happen literally ever day in California, you’re a psychic. By your own animation no one was claiming to be a psychic. I could use my knowledge of the number of bombings in Bagdad to predict that next week there will be a bombing, means nothing.

This thread is for any prediction that used pseudoscience or the paranormal. Educated guesses don’t count because by their very nature they do not involve anything psychic.

Glad to here no one got hurt though.

OK....I concede, and after re-reading the OP...I see I was totally missing the point.
Educated guesses are not psychic predicitons.

So...I hope this thread lives on, and someone, somewhere can meet your challenge.

It is sad the closest thing we have so far is an octopus that can call ball games.

It would be nice to find one prediction but i think its safe to say that no prediction on ATS has ever came true. A ATS psychic last night tried to predict my future he was way off. Found it all rather funny.

Depends would Prophetic Dreams cover your Criteria? heres a few hits of my own.

My prophecies (Dreams) are usually quite cryptic but simple to decipher. e.g
in the thread above.....well known blackman gets stabbed infront of the federal reserve building. A total no brainer for me.....some thing to do with the federal reserve and the end of Obama's presidency. Or I may be way off....mad man with knife mad over his mula IDK I just dream the things.

Sorry for the link but it would of took alot of time quoting them over to this thread.

p.s I'm in the market for experimentation so pick a question I can fill my head with videos on the subject to flood my brain etc before I sleep and I'll see what I get. I tried this before regarding the question, "what powered Vimanas"? I had a wierd dream just as I was about to wake up......a single word ....Aether.... so I'm still experimenting if they are responses or a flick through my junk DNA. Who Knows????

Thanks for that, quite a interesting find however I would not say it satisfies my quest to find a prophecy on ATS that has come true. I could say that in the next three months there is going to be a attack in any African state. Its not a psychic prediction, there are no specific dates, times or even a rough prediction about what will happen.

I saw someone on here claim that the stockmarket was going to do drop or something in october, around the 10th I believe. They made the prediction in June. It came true. This was several years ago. Had somethign to do with the Vatican managing assets. Maybe someone with a better memory will remember.

Just finished reading some of your post’s big guy, sadly not all members on this board adopt your level of intellectual rigour to their contributions.

I think your OP raises a serious question and one which prompted me to start a Prophecies & Predictions hall of fame / hall shame thread. I think you need to define the pass and fail criteria for predictions and prophecies.

To my monkey mind they need to meet the following:

• be well articulated (not to vague);
• suitably specific in terms of location (smallest region should be a state within a continent);
• give a “reasonable” time frame (i.e within 6 months);
• not too woolly to be universally applicable
• add something to the sum of our knowledge (another Icelandic volcano to erupt soon is a fail)!

On this basis I would be prepared to listen to what truthisinthemixst has to say about future events.

I did a quick check on the BBC to see the last time events in Ugandagot any international news coverage. Nothing for months – no coup’s, natural disasters or terror attacks. All things considered I’m going to give my man the benefit of the doubt on this one.

But hey that's just my opinion.

If by that you mean any "modern" prophecy, e.g. made by people, let's say in this modern era, then NO, it has not. And will not.

Well, they can guess from time to time, and get it right from time to time, but trying a million times, one is bound to be right once.

On the other hand, if you mean ancient prophecies, like from the Bible or the Qur'an, then YES, many have come true.

One of the last ones i made I made it on RATS, and i stated that the next thing tptb would do was to release a new virus to the population. A week or so after H1N1 virus appeared in Mexico and we even had virologists stating this could have been made in a lab because it has the strains of three different viruses.

In another thread I excerpted my post from RATS but apparently it was taken down as i can't find it anymore.

For some years, and quite a few members know me saying this, I have warned for people to leave Florida and areas close to the sea in the south. I wasn't sure exactly what it was but I have known some large event would affect the south. I have been warned by I believe to be my spirits guides to leave Florida which I did some years back.

It might sound "vague" to some but sometimes some predictions are like that, and at other times they are more specific.

On the 24th i decided to take a look at the oil leak, and what i do is something which has helped me in my job. I visualize the environment, or whatever i want to look at, in this case deep undewater and the BOP. it always starts looking like a picture, then frames start rolling and i start seeing a movie.

Sorry to be a party popper but the tribulation hasn't stopped. We still have the BP oil spill which is getting worse and worse, the Obama administration advice to our Armed Forces is to get ready for a very possible confrontation with North Korea, not to mention the fact that the governments of the world, including the Obama administration, are implementing more draconian laws to suppress and control us. Sorry but what I see are more floods, even a possible heat wave but isolated to one region but which will cause lots of problems.

The BP oil spill will only get worse for at least a few more weeks if not longer, and this will destroy ecosystems, there will be more ban on fishing spread to emcompass regions of the ocean where the oil keeps expanding into. You can say tourism goodbye for a while because of the strentch from ocean animals and other biologicals which will cause a real bad stencth in the gulf, and parts of the eastern seashore of the U.S.

The ramification of this spill are going to be more than the unfortunate death of many lifeforms in the oceans but i feel that this will precipitate seismic and magmatic events unless they can stop the oil, and gas from escaping, and i don't see that happening any time soon.

Do you realize that there could be evacuations from the affected areas because of the strencth from the dying biological organisms, and not to mention the fact that methane is probably one of the gases being released contituously from the hole, or holes and this will cause respiratoty problems and possibly deaths?

Anyone living close to the affected areas should start buying canned food, bottled water, any medicine that you need including vitamins such as vitamin C, aspirins/tylenol/advil, and as much as you can afford. If you don't have a barbecue I would buy at least a grill and some coal or whatever you use for a very real emergency.

I rather be a realist, than pretend "all the worse is behind us" and be caught unprepared.

I increased the size of the words "what i see" because that's exactly what I did, I saw those things. I didn't write "I think" but rather what I saw.

But i know and like always people like you will try to find any excuse to claim "that's too vague, or some other excuse just so that you might feel better and that you can sleep tonight thinking you have control over your own life when you don't.

I am not infallible as i am human, and I know people who are much better than me at seeing future events.

Those are some of the things I have said.

I have also posted the predictions made by people like Ed Dames, such as the next use of a nuke would be done by North Korea which they will explode on their own soil as a test and within 6 months North Korea used a nuke as a test on their own soil.

He, and his team also predicted a plaque which would affect harvest crops like wheat and which would start in Africa, which did occur exactly as he said.

Oh and of course, I have stated many times that the U.S. was being transformed slowly into a Socialist state, which liberals denied, and now they claim "is for the best"...

Some of my other predictions of the future include a new civil war/conflict which would start as a race war, but which will be used as an excuse to bring foreign troops into the U.S. and those will be used against Americans.

I have also stated many times that I have seen what appear to be 3 nuclear weapons being used against U.S. cities.

Wow... Let me ask you this buddy... Are YOU perfect?... You, and some others try to claim that "predictions must be perfect in order to be a prediction", but i am sorry to tell you that YOU, nor any other "perfectionist" can put rules on this, nor anything else... You might as well put rules that nature must follow...

I am 100% certain that neither you, nor Kevin, nor anyone else in this planet is perfect... You make mistakes, you are not always 100% nor are you able to give 100% always, nor most of the time, yet you claim that in order for a prediction to be right it must be 100% and it must follow YOUR rules?...

...People don't make a trillion predictions... and yes there are quite a few modern people who have a high level of success in predictions. But of course since it conflicts with your faith it must not be true... and please don't give us that crap that it comes from the devil...

Hi I predict that none of the predictions will come true but if I am correct then one did come true

I think there are some people out there who are "in the know" and trying to get info out to others, and that some of those people take advantage of the information they have and then make themselves seem super powerful or "psychic."

There was something about his/her prophesy that just 'rang' true when I first read it and I have kept it in the back of my mind ever since.
With the news of deaths of fish and birds, I think it's time to refresh everyone of that post because it is one of the prophesy's made on ATS that is coming true.
