It is horrible. Did Cousteau say that the dispersant wasn't acting as it was supposed to do?
Another lie above all the others by not only BP, but also the manufacturer... or would it be because of the composition of "this new kind of oil" as they say?

I have yet to read it, but another thread talks about the radioactivity of the stuff, could this be the reason?
