NWO Card Game Revisited: NEW FINDINGS-Whole Card Set is HERE this time

Just for starters: Bill Clinton has a collar on, and the Hillary Clinton card has her holding the leash. Does it make a little more sense now?

And those are smokestacks in "Big Business." Not nuclear plant cooling towers.

And "Eliza" was an old computer program that acted like a therapist, taking what you typed and restating it back to you.

So, right away there are three simple explanations. I could do more if it's needed by people who are determined to not understand the obvious.

It's a joke card came made to poke fun at conspiracy theory "culture." Of course it will contain references to all the hot-button topics that make theorists fly off the handle (federal reserve, etc.) But of course, being without a sense of humor, most people here instead see revelations of a vast illuminati plot in the guise of a card game.

Peter Jackson just took the usual crap that flows forth from the conspiracy crowd, recycled its motifs, imagery, and fixations into a fun-themed card game... and now that same conspiracy crowd is reading conspiracies into it! This is priceless!

Just an example... Jackson includes an Al Gore card because even in the early 90s a lot of the rightwing and conspiracy people were already quite disturbed by his environmentalist bent. Twenty years later and he's still a big deal, of course, and still the focus of several threads in conspiracy culture (NWO is trumping up global warming so as to control us ZOMG!!!) so when these same dolts see him turning up in an old card game, well, OF COURSE there's a conspiracy afoot!

How are these so accurate? Well there are at least two possibilities that I see:

EITHER
In 1995 Peter Jackson stumbled upon the (alleged) illuminati script for the next 20 years and then decided that the best way to get the word out was a tounge-in-cheek card game

OR
Peter Jackson decided to create a card game based on conspiracy culture and hence included imagery and topics that conspiracy theorists find meaningful, and it is unsurprising that some of these cards would come to later vaguely resemble events of the past few decades.


Consider: Are the cards even all that accurate? Take the "terrorist nuke" card. All it depicts are two buildings, neither of which resemble the WTO, one of which is being bombed. I could have come up with the concept of this card at the time- a terrorist attack on a skyscraper. Is it really that outlandish to think that nobody could have possibly conceived of this before 9/11?

Consider all the things wrong about that card: the "nuke", the appearance of the buildings. Everything we prominently associate with 9/11, such as *cough* AIRPLANES, or NEW YORK CITY or even the F-ing WORLD TRADE CENTER BUILDINGS are completely absent. All you have is a picture of a skyscraper exploding. We look a these things in retrospect and it's easy to claim "prophecy!"

Or what about the oil spill card? You think there was never an oil spill before the deepwater horizon accident? Peter Jackson just HAD to be "in the know" in order to predict that an oil spill would occur sometime in the next 20 years?
Is the concepts of "backlash" really specific to Obama and Obama's handling of the oil spill crisis? Isn't it an aspect of political discourse that even freakin' machiavelli wrote about in the 15th century?

You can take any one of these cards, google a phrase from it, and pull up a news report that is tangentially related to the topic. That in no way proves that Jackson somehow knew everything that was going to occur from 1995 until the end of time, and nor does it prove that this is in any way a meaningful exercise.

This reminds me of The Dark Knight. The Joker places cards near the victims he is going to kill. I cannot believe these are from 95'.

Let's see, 15 years ago, would I have been able to guess that multinational oil corporations are powerful and will play a big role in the coming future? Would I have been able to guess that there will be stock market manipulations, power corruption, assassinations, bank mergers, secret societies, social unrest, media control?

YES OF COURSE

Which means I could have made something very similar to this card game back then, completely without the benefit of ultra-occult foreknowledge of world events. It doesn't take a genius.

I mean, for F's sake, just print this post out and seal it in an envelope. Read it again in twenty years, and all of a sudden you'll think that I'M the spooky illuminati agent!


So the card depicts oil spilling over the globe? How exactly does this predict the deepwater horizon catastrophe, hmmm? The fact that oil, spilling oil is involved in both is enough for you to conclude that the illumanti is at work here? I mean, that is literally the only connection between the two events in your schizoid, addled noggin. Oil on card game = oil in the gulf of mexico

OH MY GOD PETER JACKSON DEPICTED OIL SPILLING OVER A GLOBE IN 1995. Clearly it goes without saying that he foresaw the sinking of an oil rig in the gulf coast and that is what he was referencing here. That certainly isn't a stretch at all.

I mean freakin' sherwin-williams' logo is paint spilling all over the globe, this imagery is out there and has existed for a long time.

I think some tinfoil hats are on a bit too tight in this thread. I'm sure if Jackson could see this, he'd be chuckling to himself, since I can almost guarantee that, beyond the obvious satire, he designed the game so people would do exactly what the OP has done: take this way too seriously and just bring more attention to Jackson's product.

Btw, I love Jackson's card games. Munchkin is a barrel of fun.

Most of the cards have information that the OP completely misses, because he is too busy trying to find something odd about them. Like the Bill Clinton card...look at the Hillary Clinton card. Now put them beside each other. She is holding the leash...it's not sexual, as it's indicative of the feeling that she controlled him, or at the very least was someone he trusted completely.

It's a game, that puts a devilishly wry face on the whole Illuminati issue. Steve Jackson isn't the bogeyman, he is a game designer.

Has anyone actually seen what he sells on his actual website. Go through it all and you will see nothing is tongue and cheek. This man knows the occult very well. He uses alot of paganism and satanic symbols and sells them. Even sells the jewellery of the satanic symbols. He might be selling them for fun but io dont think so. Everything he sells has an occult base to it.
Does anyone know his beliefs background? He sells alot of illuminati things. I dont think its tongue and cheek for his games to sell. He has insider info or maybe just practices the occult himself.

If you are talking about Warehouse23.com, then it's for the games, or just people who are interested in the games. Kinda like people who buy Elvis ornaments, Pokemon plushies, etc.

When has London ever been the target of a terror attack? Well, other than the hundreds of IRA bombings. And how did they KNOW the WTC was a terrorist target? Other than the bombing that occurred 2 years before the game was released.

Calling 9/11 a terrorist attack MIGHT have something to do with the fact that they knew 4 planes were hijacked. And that two struck the WTC, one hit the Pentagon and one crashed (or was shot down) in PA.

Bush was wrong about many, many, MANY things. He thought he saw the first plane - makes sense. Or, he was in CYA mode over the "My Pet Goat" debacle.

And the Secret Service raided his BUSINESS (not his house) and confiscated his documentation for a hacker role-playing game. And that was in 1990.

Obama is "clear" on the oil card only if you decided that it's him, and then are trying to rationalize it after the fact.
