Federal Agents Harass and Intimidate Congressional Candidate

The feds decided to harass AZ congressional candidate Charles Black


Federal agents have no right to demand private citizens disarm, nor do they have the right to demand the little girl stop taping them when they are on private property.

If incidents like this are allowed to continue, they will only get worse.

The problem with this is a lot of people are thinking they are hard video taping the feds and police. People are gonna do things to get their attention then taping. I see in the next couple years a bill or something that will make it illegal to film feds or police. I don't agree with them but alot of people are baiting and or filming good people to make them mad and get them to look bad. Plus people act different on camera, people who do things like this should keep their cameras hidden and not post all these videos on youtube but take them to a lawyer if they think they have a case!!

Whats wrong with them being as accountable as us???

Also, if they know they are being filmed and still do some very bad things,
imagine what they would do if filming was illegal and NOT permitted as evidence!!!

This is despicable!
And it's going to lead to Martial Law.
That's when I'm afraid TSWHTF.

What was he being questioned over? They mentioned bank records being subpoenaed. Surely they were questioning him over something, but the video doesn't really show much.

Edit to ask: When were they asked to disarm? The agent asked if the guns were loaded and asked other members of the party to move back for their own safety. There was another thread on here showing footage of a Palestine peace activist being questioned by FBI agents. This is quite worrying since a neighbour had made the call.

Another poster to this thread mentioned a potential bill to outlaw filming/photographing police. In the UK they passed a law that can be used by the police to stop you capturing images of them if they suspect those images could benefit terrorism. At least a tourist can still pose for a picture with a cop in New York.

"I won't be filmed or recorded" My response would have been, well then, I guess you're not going to be speaking with me. That would have taken care of that whole situation.

I want to know the back story? None of this make much sense unless we know the back story.

As far as i am concerned if an agent doesn't want to be filmed he can leave. There is no reason to talk to them anyway.

People like this are half pregnant in the law. They complain about him asking them to disarm and not film but comply with the requests, so if you are going to comply why complain?

Because the Obama administration has effectively pissed off the CIA by trying to throw them under the bus.....

Its nice to know that we civilians probably still have a secret agency thats on our side.......if he gets too out of hand, you can bet there will be "convenient" information damning to all of these socialist in the administration

the constitution does not provide a clause for the establishment of federal police forces for a reason.

Where was the local Law Enforcement? It seems that they were either on state land or private property. Local uniformed LE should have escorted them.

How do you know that they are realy feds?

I wish they had more video.

But how do we know that there wasn't a legitimate reason for the Special Agents to question this guy. It would be good to get some background information on this to get a balanced overview. I don't see how this guy is being harassed.

While that may be true that one agency mite work with the people if and when the SHTF, but do you really think the CIA is any better than the people going out and violating peoples rights?

Except the CIA was founded by nazis and has contributed to the world's view of the USA as being warmongers. The CIA needs to be dissolved. They are a terrorist organization.
