Does anyone else find the Deepwater Disaster Banner disturbing?

Well as I have ATS as my homepage, so everytime I open up chrome I see the latest threads, I've noticed the outburst of the oilspill and the new forum 'Deepwater Disaster'.

This is fine really, its good to link all these threads together. It's just the way ATS has advertised the forum.

"The Ocean is just a barrier to getting oil we need. Kill the Oceans. Get the Oil."

Now surely that shows horrid bias saying how evil BP is of it wanting to "Kill the Oceans" and its not for the site to decide. That's for the user to decide.

So I'm just wondering is anyone else disturbed by the banner or not? Do you all generally agree to what it says?

Maybe its only coming up on a choice of pages.

The motto applies to the human race of which BP is part. BP is just a convenient depository off all our collective guild.

I don't think it belongs on ATS, but then I'm not in charge.
