Ive always held a small belief that TPTB must have some sort of alert system for its VIP's in case of an ELE. recently i started thinking more and more about an effective delivery system for an emergency signal.

anyone else have any more data on this?

Don't know...I've been trying to figure out the puzzle. Seems hoaxish..."New World Citizen Alert"? I think the first commentator is right, it's probably from a game or fictional novel or something...

It's not a hoax. I think its some sorta secret evacuation code for the rich in case of a mega disaster.

When was this originally posted? Before April 19th? It appears so, but if it was a hoax it would certainly have been back-dated to look legit. If it can be verified prior to April 20th, then it could be legit. It looks like 3 options for the False Flag that was about to happen, and one of them is "low dark waters."

Can someone look at the original and try to ascertain the first time it was posted without edits?

I think its more of a code for rich people to know when to bug out, not a false flag, cuz it has the word EVAC in it.

But if its from before the oil spill...then that is rather interesting

I still think it's an old hoax most likely from a game, something similar to dungeons and dragons. thats a guess though.

But you know DUMB could stand for Deep Underground Military Base, theres a lot of conspiracy stuff about those. Unfortunately that would tie this in with the UFO/Aliens crowd, which makes it seem even more Hoaxy yet.

I can't believe this is real because codes like "low dark waters" or those mentioning the guidestones would probably never be employed: In other worlds, they'd never use menacing code for a truly menacing event.

The code for the SHTF scenario is probably something like "Franklin" or "Buttercup" or "Training Wheel" -- something totally inncouous and unrelated.

I see the game but how is this doc related to that? I'm not finding the connection.

If it is, and the date is correct...this game is a little prophetic in my opinion...
