My bet is on a decomposing crocadile.

These images have been around since at least 2006. If I recall correctly it turned out to be a hoaxed combination of two bodies with the sea weed used to blur the details. The skull was a Beluga whale and I've long since forgotten the rest of the explanation...

Here's one of the original threads...Unknown creature was found by soldiers

My vote would be be a smallish whale speicies, perhaps Beluga or similar.
The extrimities are decomposed, buried and obsured, but the skull is pretty typical of whale skulls in our local museum.

I thought I read that this was determined to be a beluga whale.

I'll go link hunting to be sure, but I remember this article pretty well.

Please review this.

visual.merriam-webster.com...

pelotes.jea.com...

It is a Dolphin Skeleton.

I provided two photographs to prove my case.

Look at the Beak and teeth also.

Hell compare every feature between the two.

DOLPHIN

From the article posted by OP.

According to the bones and teeth - it is not a fish. According to its skeleton - it’s not a crocodile or alligator. It has a skin with hair or fur.

We are dealing with a marine mammal here for sure.

Also please notice, it's on the shore line.

This creature was found by Russian soldiers on Sakhalin shoreline. Sakhalin area is situated near to Japan, it’s the most eastern part of Russia,

This totally fits with Dolphin or some similar Porpoise.

These are old pictures that have been in circulation for quite sometime , the scull shape does not conform to any dolphin species I know . I say Leopard seal , bones , skull , size and geography conform .
