What The GOM could become

This area in the Caspian sea could be a template for the Gulf of Mexico.I know only what i read on ATS about the spill in the Gulf, so wont go into any details. But this link may give you some idea about what to expect as far as environmental/health issues may affect those who live near the Gulf.The people in the Atyrau region are your test lab rats (no disrespect meant to these people).Mainly under the sub heading "State of the population health of Atyrau and Atyrau district"
