sounds kinda creepy. I dont know what you should do, except possibly start caring to some extent your ability to portray language. because if you cannot spell or use punctuation it will be hard for people to comprehend.

Sights

Among the more commonly reported, and more thoroughly researched, sensory features of hypnagogia are phosphenes which can manifest as seemingly random speckles, lines or geometrical patterns, including form constants, or as figurative (representational) images. They may be monochromatic or richly colored, still or moving, flat or three-dimensional (offering an impression of perspective). Imagery representing movement through tunnels of light is also reported. Individual images are typically fleeting and given to very rapid changes. They are said to differ from dreams proper in that hypnagogic imagery is usually static and lacking in narrative content, although others understand the state rather as a gradual transition from hypnagogia to fragmentary dreams, i.e. from simple "eigenlicht" to whole imagined scenes. Hypnagogia can be induced with a Dreamachine, which uses light pulsing at a frequency close to that of alpha waves to create this effect. Descriptions of exceptionally vivid and elaborate hypnagogic visuals can be found in the work of Marie-Jean-Léon, Marquis d'Hervey de Saint Denys.

I have this happen too.
I'm surprised someone has it in the exact way. I have it as rings, organic like shapes, and people going from fat to skinny...

It just sounds like a strange recurring dream to me. I had one when I was a kid.

I, also when I was young, experienced a similar state just before sleep. I found it frightening and at the same time comforting. It is a difficult thing to describe.
Mine was a vision of a giant rolling sphere always from left to right, though it remained centered in my field of vision, and always a sort of "burnt orange" color (think Crayola Big Box assortment). Despite being entirely monochromatic there were shadows giving depth and vast perspective. If you've ever had a dream with a severe fever you may know the feeling this vision accompanied. There were some other reoccurring visions different from regular dreams but that was most frequent.
Thanks for the opportunity to write down and share this part of me. It is a first.

p.s. no picking, really, but there is a spell-check add-on for just about any browser out there and they can be very easy to use. Poster #3 has a valid point. No picking.

I call it " bigness littleness"

that sensation you felt, ... it's hard to explain , I know, .... it's like experiencing the same object to be huge and tiny at the same time, ... not just looking at it from two different perspectives, ... but more than that, experiencing it.

kind of like seeing the infinate in the minuature, all at the same time. It is hard for the mind to grasp, and it feels like your brain is going to explode.

You may be experiencing spontaneous out of body experiences, but think you are dreaming. It is possible to be at two places at once, or see the same object/thoughtform from different perspectives.

From what you describe, I actually find it surreal to say that I believe I have experienced this before, not for quite some time, but it has occurred nonetheless. A few pointers: I didn't consider it to be a very "scary" experience at all and, I literally believe that it doesn't mean anything. I personally think that it is just a reaction in the brain as a result of relaxing from all of the thinking it has done from that day. That's not a professional opinion however.

My advice is not to worry about it and possibly consider taking up meditation, if you haven't already. I haven't experienced this in a long time, therefore I do not think it is anything meaningful, and certainly not anything pressing.

All the best

Yeah, I concur with this. You see, I personally do not think it is an OBE, I could be wrong, but I simply don't believe this is the reality of what's occurring. It is not as lucid as I am lead to believe OBEs are. I mean, it could just be my subconscious getting ready to take over and enter dream-time.
The only sensation that I can liken it to it what I occasionally experience during meditation, where I feel myself begin to spin around at unimaginable speeds and then imagine/ feel myself becoming smaller and smaller or spinning further away from Earth or where I am sitting. Since the common denominator in both occurrences is the subconscious, it may possibly have something to do with that.

I'm not sure, I've had lots of strange experiences.

However I've noticed most experiences are relative to the observer, and extremely personal. So what you call one thing, someone will call something else.
