I beg to differ marrr. Like one poster said in this thread, we can recognize our own from a mile away. Don't let a little effeminism fool you. I know some guys like that can really do damage. Like I said earlier, no security guard has that kind of authority and no security guard has that much confidence in that authority. As far as the cop goes, I am one. I patrol an area with a lake and a swimming area. If there was some type of security force there, I would be more than aware of it and this guy is playing stupid. I simply think that there is more to this than meets the eye.

What if there is NO clean up and it's never over?

It's claimed there are sections of the ocean floor actually leaking, I suggest blowing them up may just make the situation much worse. How big is this oil well, could we be seeing an event so huge that nature will not have the time to heal itself.

It's very clear there's no where near enough people doing the clean up and that promised military aid has since been dropped, just a PR exercise. And where is Pres, oh, having another round of golf, yep, same old same old.

So lets look at the world, banks failing, economies in landslide collapse, BP causing a life time of job losses, Obama playing golf and may not even be an American.

Lets be honest, it isn't looking good...

The reason for security is understandable. Someone may want to bring harm to the clean up crews. Private security is used in public areas all the time to keep things civil, that's no news breaker there. I think it's funny that the media always believes there is a conspiracy because they aren't allowed to walk around bugging workers with stupid questions. It's obvious they are wearing bunny hazard suits cleaning up oil what more info do you need? My biggest question of all...Why are they cleaning the mess up anyways, when the well head hasn't even been capped yet? ROFL I mean these engineers are supposed to be some smart cookies right? Why not close off the beach with some hazard tape and cap the damn well first?

If I were that Sheriff I would have said FU! and driven my ATV right over to the tents. If I were that reporter, I would have said FU! and started walking over there, let the little punk guards use force to stop me, it may eventually get more answers when the use of force was reported.
