For what it's worth, folks. I contacted the office of Alabama State Rep. Stephen McMillan. His district covers the Gulf Coast of Alabama (famed Muscle Shoals).

I straight out asked him about the Swift Fox rumors. One of his office assistants responded. Here it is verbatim.

Dear Mr. [behindthescenes],

Representative McMillan asked me to reply to your email and let you know we are not familiar with any so called Operation Swift Fox evacuation from any reliable source.

If we hear of anything credible, we will let you know.
