UFO filmed over Vatican by U.S. Ambassador security guards

There a UFO spotted by 3 security guards in front of the US Ambassador to the Vatican. The security guards are US artillerymen, trained experts in air surveillance.

Two or one with glowing edges.
Was the light from electrostatic electricity.
Was the craft seen.
This is what we want to know.
Do we have to wait for Robert Stack and Unsolved Mysteries to
tell us what went down.
I doubt that much information could ever begin to be broadcast

I definitely noticed an attractive "Cougar" and some orbs. Wish I understood what they were saying.

They are not Chinese lanterns, they are Roman candles...similar though!
