Not really sure which thread this would be best for, but here it goes. With all this talk about the end of the world floating around, I started to think. If you knew you were going to die in some great cataclismic event, what music album would you most like to listen to while going out?

I would have to choose Pink Floyd's "Dark Side of the Moon"

I'd probably listen to Guns N' Roses Use Your Illusion I and II albums, because they are technically one album. These albums encompass the whole human condition. Every emotion imaginable can be felt on these albums. Anyways, thats just me. :-D

Hrm, if I had to go with just one album I'd opt for Stabbing Westward - Darkest Days, since it was my companion during what seems like the end of my own world. That or perhaps a compilation disk with at least these few songs on it

Johnny Cash - I Hung My Head
Paul Oakenfold - Zoo York
Tool - Aenema
Johnny Cash - Hurt
KMFDM - Last Things
Nine Inch Nails - The Day the World Went Away

Probably could come up with even more fitting songs, but its late and I don't have all my cds in front of me at the moment.
