Quite a cool video and explanation of the new dataset captured by the GOCE (Gravity field and steady-state Ocean Circulation Explorer) the GOCE can map the global variations in Earth's gravity with extreme detail and provide a unique model of the gravity field and geoid.

Check it out, it's rather cool!
