Did Paul McCartney actually die in 1966?

It is really impressive how the powers that be thought quickly to avoid mass suicides by injecting an imposter or, it ain't true. I'd like to go with the mysterious here but to just have or even be able to locate someone who looked well enough to pass as Paul but, to have to sing just like him also?

The photos clearly show two different people.

From 1964 to 1976 my mom had young teenage girls living in her house. Every week when she went grocery shopping, she would pick up a teen magazine for us. Do you honestly believe that from 1964 to 1969 when the PID hoax first came out, that I and thousands of other teen girls would not have noticed a change? Come on! Have you ever watched young teen age girls with these things. They stare at the pictures for hours.

On the other hand, has it occurred to you that maybe some of these Paul/Faul pictures could have been edited? If you like photos, here are some good ones from Macca Fun House

Good question. Do you have any DNA from PM prior to 1966? If his mom was still alive they could use that or if he has siblings for comparisson. But who are the they who would even have a leg to stand on to suggest this?

A few years ago, i was intrigued by comparisons like that. Then i realized that they were produced by a certain camp of people who wanted others to beleive that Paul died and was replaced. I started collecting lots of lots of Beatles pictures and made my own comparisons. Find two pictures of the same angle, with the same or similar facial expression and of equal quality: then there is no "Faul". It's the same Paul all the time.

I love the movie. It seemed plausible for the most part. The most glaring inconsistency is the whole Yesterday song. This song was obviously written by Paul, not John. There is plenty of footage of him singing it in concert. I believe the album Yesterday and Today came out later, after Paul had died, so the album cover fiasco is believable. But how can John writing Yesterday for dead Paul be possible?

When I came across this today I first dismissed it, thinking how could MI5 find someone who was near enough alike to fool people. May be possible, but not over night so to speak. Then the though came to me, maybe if they killed him and had it planed for months. Naturally the next question was, yes ok but why, what could Paul do that would warrant this?

Well 1966 was about the time that Jimmy Savile and all the other pedophiles where getting going. For sure Paul McCartney would have know all of them + what they where up to. Just suppose, he new about a Royal connection. Now there is a reason for a hit by MI5 if there ever was one. Just a theory. Something to think about for sure.

Back from 2010, quite possibly THE most ludicrous thread I have ever read on ATS.

However, it is what it is.

Why would MI5 or anyone care about suspected mass suicide? Were these Beatles fans not the great unwashed at the time, potential revolutionaries? The government of the day would me more likely to Whack Macca if they thought the result would cripple these upstarts.

Oh and it is clearly the same person from Beatles to wings to macca. Take it from a fan, band on the run, macca genius!

I don't know about you guys, but I am someone of considerably much younger age. From an unbiased view, I would definitely say that Faul looks like a totally different person then Paul. As many has pointed out, Faul has a longer chin and a longer nose. From what I know, your head shape and nose doesn't change with age. If I really have to guess, they are a different person. Although, there's a possibility that the car accident might have wrecked his face and he looked a little different after facial reconstruction. I guess there's no way to prove it lest of DNA testing.

I am thinking many of you really underestimate how two totally unrelated people can look alike. I have seen it a few times myself before. Once there was a local celebrity lookalike competition, and there was one guy whose features was 99% similar to the guy, the only difference was his head shape was a little shorter.

Although unrelated by blood there are a few of them which looks like the same person MORE SO than Paul and Faul. Namely (Keep in mind the mentioned below didn't even went under the knife to look like each other yet):

If I am the media and told you that the above are the same person, you would believe it totally and be none the wiser. Just my two cents.
