Are you saying Americans don't live a life filled with stress?

LOL, some people seem to think money can bring happiness.

Did you know how wide spread depression is in the US?

It is really sad to see well fed and relatively free people complaining on the internet about "media", when there are people that are hungry, forced to live in horrible conditions, and cannot even say anything against it. When was the last time you have seen a north-korean on the internet? If you believe that to live under dictatorship, isolated from the rest of the world is somehow their choice, you are a fool. It is a criminal regime tormenting their own people.

I doubt they waste their lives away by eating McDonalds and obsessing over souless celebrities like they do in America.

They would love to. But they are not allowed.

It's amazing that a psychopathic dictator can control an entire country, like that..

Every thread relating to North Korea has this written on it by sometimes every second or third person. So I was thinking maybe I have not come across the official medical certificate declaring him to be psychopath which you may have come across. Would you like to kindly share your umpteenth wisdom?

I mean, how does that even happen? It really baffles me

I agree in pertinence to my point above.

Let me complete your sentence :

" It is a criminal regime tormenting their own people so we (US) needs to bring democracy to them just like we did in Iraq to free them afterall we (US) are world police. The world has to live by the rules laid by us and only us, they cannot live it anyother way because we are democracy with a 2 party system. It's our job to bring freedom and democracy to all corners of the world.

HELL YEA MURIKA'"

-end

That would be a good question to pose to Henry Kissenger.

Second Verse, same as the first.

Another possibility is that North Korea could be putting itself on a war footing, enabling Lil Kim to be herded to safety without looking like he's running. Choe is a loyalist, as are all the other's he's moved around today. Chang is particularly found of his brother in law and would do anything for him. So what if this is North Korea reshuffling it's politicians in case of war? With today statement over the naval exercises US and South Korea are beginning tomorrow, it's some strange timing.

I know North Korea issues war-like statements every other week, but in the past North Korea has achieved results from this. The last major incident, was where North Korea said it would go to war if found guilty and sanctions were imposed over the sinking the South Korean navy boat. This tactic worked and North Korea was not named as the party that sank the boat. No sanctions were imposed. Now what are the chances that the US and South Korea will cancel their naval exercises because of this last threat North Korea issued? Nill.

Almost forgot, I made up a thread about North Korea and it's political scene ages ago, might still be relevant. Meet the Family: North Korea it goes into further depth about the people on the scene over there in North Korea.

If under "living life another way" you mean living life controlled by a few elitists without any choice, then yes, they cannot do this. It is not their way, it is a way of their criminal government.

I believe it would be better for the people of north Korea if their government was overthrown either by the US, or by some international coalition.
