BP should be forced to halt all selling, drilling, and refining activities within the United States or its territories until the leak is fixed, the spill is 100% cleaned up, and business and people affected by the spill have been paid reperations totalling 250% of their losses.

the truth comes out. now someone needs to make a truckload of copies of that sign and post them everywhere.

Its not going to cost them half as much as it should do though! There just plodding along with this stupid half hearted attempt to clean things up. They should be forced to do a lot more!
