I have see a program about the 1932 Tuskegee Syphilis Study, it was a horrible thing to realise that my nation did that atrosity to those black men.

Although I do love and support my country, reports like this make me not only sad, but ashamed.

I realise that quite often America is the "pot calling the kettle black" regarding human rights abuses - and for that I am deeply grieved.

Americans have to realize that, even though information on these old projects is available today, that's only due to the government declassifying the info & even then you have to use the Freedom of Information Act to get it in the first place.

However, at that time, these were some of the projects that Congress voted (OUR) funds to pay for...As "black budget projects" that even those Congressmen had no idea what was going on.

This implies that our government is, now & today, performing such "black budget projects", but we won't know of them until decades down the line, after *today's projects become declassified*!

The only way to stop atrocities like this, The People need to stand up & tell our government "NO MORE BLACK BUDGET PROJECTS!"

It's always good to know that there are some good men and women in government who are actually for the people as opposed to voted by the people, for themselves/party. But yes, after reading that it is saddening and sickening to see why any country would do that to citizens of their own country.

I've read about this a long time ago, also our military was given experimental injections all the way up until 1975 until they got caught somehow, hubby was among the men who was in during that time and I would not be surprised if they are still at it. When we lived on a military base our water was contaminated by chemicals from a dry cleaners, I personally believe it was some sort of experiment since they lost our medical records but 24 years later they find them to ask me how many of us had cancer. At any rate we have some really crazy people in our government who operates under the idea that if harming a few to save thousands or millions is ok as long as they or their families are not involved. My own personal opinion is that these people who authorize this kind of thing and those that assist in it with full knowledge of whats going on should have the same done to them and tossed in prison the rest of their life.

Yes buddy, I can read it. Now, I to agree that these projects need to stop. Even if they are for the benifit of mankind. They should not be abducting and experimenting on citizens against there will.

They can and they will get away with it...if anyone gets punished it'll be a fall-guy, never the people at the top that benefit the most from this type of research taking place...

Well...I'll still keep my fingers crossed for the karma thing...there really MUST be someone chilling somewhere watching everybody's actions at once, deeming them 'wrong' or bad, and then making sure i somehow someway get something done back to me to balance it all out...works for me

I think this one was proven to be false. Either that or they went through a lot of trouble to cover it up. No links, just something I read a while back while doing research because I have a relative in prison here and he wrote me that a lot of inmates were coming down with boils that they couldn't treat with regular antibiotics.

He sent me a copy of a letter with this Nicolsons' name on it and I couldn't track anything down on him at the time. The letter I read was that MRSA was what was introduced in TDC and found out by this guy. That's the bacteria that is hard to kill. I think this one is bogus.

The other reports are all true as far as I know. I think the worst was the Tuskegee report. That was on 60 Minutes a while back along with the report of the '___' experiments on the military I think. It's been a while. It's really sick.

Just to add- I was looking into vaccines for my daughter when she was born and I read about quite a few doctors who came out about 20-30 years ago talking about how they had done initial work towards the polio vaccines.

I guess when the vaccines were first released, they had processed them using some internal monkey organs. They didn't recognize them until later, but the vaccines as a result contained simian viruses.
One of the specific viruses they found frequently (I want to say SV21) has been proven in lab tests to cause brain, stomache and 1 other type of cancer as well as lesions at the injection site.
Each lab funded for the experiments with the virus has had the same results and prior to formal publishing has had their funding removed and the doctors were discredited in their communities (it was a reapeated process and happened to multiple projects)

These viruses are known to be cancer causing in multiple species so the government refuses to do a formal study on them or report that they could potentially be a problem. In recent years there has been a steady rise in the same types of cancer the virus is known to cause.

There has also been some speculation that it may pass through generations, as on occasion labs will test people for the presence of these viruses and have been finding them in children with cancer who never had the old polio vaccine!

That freaked me out when the doctor asked which viruses I would want to inject her with...

I've heard rumors about the tuskeegeegee airmen being treated (for hepetitus i thought) and Ft. Detrick being a possible location for the original synthesis of the HIV/AIDS virus, as well as the origination point of the Anthrax that was found in Congress (with phony letters from terrorists). I'll have to read through all of this stuff in more depth.

I also heard on the radio recently (DemocracyNow) that the Airforce during the research phase of the Manhattan project injected patients in hospitals (under false pretenses) with plutonium and other radioactive substances to observe the effects of radiation on the human body. There were 18 different test subjects I believe, and none of them were told that they had been adopted as guinea pigs for the US Airforce. One doctor, while he was secretly reporting to the military, told his patient that he had Schizophrenia; the man said he knew he had been injected with something that was harming him.

Also BIOPREPARAT, the Soviet Military's biological weapons project was suspected to have tested their creations on civilians (mostly prisoners.) The Russians developed the most sophisticated biological weapons systems in the world. I think they may have even synthesized neurotoxins (i.e. snake venom) with bacteria (i.e. plague). A book by Ken Alibekov: BIOHAZARD has all the details on the USSR's "secret" weapons project.

There was a time in the early 90s I think, when both the US and the Soviets were giving tours of each others military installations to one another. The book by Alibek says that the Russians were given a tour of Ft. Detrick, at their request, and a few other suspected bioweapons laboratories. According to him, at the time of there visit there was virtually no possibility of an American bioweapons program. (At that time)

I've heard about these things .
