Have Alien Abductions decreased since 1997?

aliens have probably learned to profile the population and abduct people that most likely wont report it due to the repercussions of such revelations.

also if the governments are working with aliens they may also supply them with aborted fetuses, discarded tissue, semen, and ovum. semen and ovum are available to purchase by pretty much anyone. also the prison population are just sitting there.

No Alien abductions have not decreased nor increased since 1997. Because of the simple fact that there is no proof of there ever of been having a single ONE! So by mathematical analysis there was 0 in 1997 and 0 here in 2010. So hopefully I helped answer your question for you! I would be open to see if you or anyone could prove me wrong!

I've wondered the same thing myself. 96 and 97 were big years and since then things have gone really quiet with regards to abduction, (whatever that is). Either that or I'm not getting out much and I've missed out on the stories. I'd be interested to hear your experiences.

The program I think lasted from about 1948 to 2003. 55 years

I know my visitations/harassments by Greys ended in 2003. after that, I felt there was a "wall" that they could no longer directly contact people with. which is good.

...but if 'alien abductions' are a repeat of the the pre-deluge breeding program...
...recorded in many ancient manuscripts including some in the biblical canon...
...then maybe they have bred up enough 'aliens' to fool humanity already.

I am not so sure that they are no longer interested. I don't think anyone have such short attention spans and bore as easily as Humans but rather.....
I think it may be one of several other reasons though.

1) They got all that they needed for now
2) They've developed another approach to abducting us where...we no longer have ANY recall.
3) We've become so accustomed to abductions that we no longer resist or remember them
4) This is the quiet before the storm.

If I go back to my experience in 1997.....perhaps there is now a generation of millions of hybrid teenage aliens now. Maybe that's all they needed for now.

I think it's important to consider too, there's probably not just one race of off-world visitors here.

I think the ones who did (do) the abductions work for one race.
Perhaps the ones creating the crop circles, are another race (or collective races)
The ones who built (inspired?) Stonehenge/Great Pyramid/Easter Island etc are maybe from another race.
The ones we diving underwater (USO) maybe....another.

So it's my impression there are many different Beings doing many different jobs and it's our job to figure it all out.

It's like asking me to prove to you that I dream. You know....I DO dream. I just can't prove it nor do I need to.

How can we prove something that (more than likely) happens in another dimension when we ourselves haven't even discovered other dimensions yet?

Abductees need not prove anything. This is traumatic enough.

You want proof? Then I think it's high-time you people invent some sort of device that can plug into the heart and minds of abductees in order to extrapolate the truth.

Other than that.....frankly, I don't care who believes me or not. I've lived 10+ years having my peers/family think I lost it that night. And now, (2010) it's a little more accepted and people like you are not going to put us back to square one again. Not gonna happen. The onus is on you!

I too have heard about 2003 being the end-year for abductions.

Hey, all I know is I recall an event in 1997. That doesn't mean I might not have had others afterwards. In fact, it's very likely I did because it was in 2002, (I kid you not....) I had 6 consecutive months of a bloody nose (nostril). I mean, every single day! Every day my left nostril would start bleeding for no reason. I mean, I wasn't blowing it nor pickin' at it.

I ended up going to the doctors after about 6 weeks (in January) because I was very concerned and disturbed by this. I don't think I had more than 5 nose-bleeds in my entire life up until that point.

My doctor suggested (although I can tell she was grasping for a diagnoses)....it was probably due to it being a very cold that winter and our heat was cranked up and on...... all the time.

Okay, I reluctantly bought it.

But now.....we were going into March then April and then May. The heat was no longer on after mid-March and my nose, like clockwork, continued to bleed. It got embarrassing. I couldn't go to the store without making sure I had a wad of Kleenex with me because I knew it would start bleeding.
I never went back to the doctors.

That spring, it felt like something came out of my nose. I chalked it off to a blood clot. Still could've been one. I don't know. Never once had another nose bleed since that day!


But let me say this too....all these events (my 1997 and this 2002 bloody-nose incident and others) were never considered, let alone, tied together as ONE common experience.
It wasn't until 2003, that I had my epiphany and started putting two and two together.

So again, while these strange events were happening, I wasn't sitting back saying "Hmmm, this must be the remnants of an alien abduction".

In fact, it was quite the opposite. I never really considered it. Who would want to? That's not a typical thought.

So trust me....trying to find a reason and make sense of it all is hard enough. Who in their right mind would want to throw an element of 'alien abductions' on top of it? I rather have found out, I lost my mind one night and all the other things that have happened, were just undiagnosed medical maladies.

No. I never shared it. Was kinda uneventful in comparison to other stories but I did contact Budd Hopkins and he in return, turned me on to someone local to help me sort things out in 2003.

Here's my story. I'll try to keep it brief without too many grammatical typos

One summer night in 1997, after reading up on all the events that were happening (Hale Bopp, Roswell Anniversary etc) via the internet, I stood up, heading to bed. This was around 1AM.

I walked around the foot of my bed and saw aliens standing there. Just like that. Bam. But, they were in another dimension, sorta. They were layered for lack of a better word. There were about 5 of them. I was looking down at them in a tunnel (sort of) and I gasped out of fright. That was the last memory.

I woke up in bed around 3AM. I could not move. My eyes could move but I couldn't budge. Not a bit. I was so frightened. My head was facing the clock (and hallway) that's how I knew the time.

I saw my dog, down the hallway.
He saw me.
He started coming towards me even though I couldn't speak or moan.
He stopped about 5 feet from the bedroom doorway.
Ordinarily this dog was velcro-ed to my hip!

That was my last memory (again).

I re-awoke around 6AM. Very early and very off schedule for me.
I sat on the edge of my bed wanting to puke. It felt like I swallowed gallons of chlorinated water. That was the sensation. Like pool water. I went into the bathroom but to no avail.

By now, my dog was pacing very anxiously. He wanted out. Again, very off schedule but, I let him out. He didn't even make it off the porch when he threw up.....water!
I remember thinking 'he just did what I just felt'.

From then on.....my reality became questionable.

There's more. Much more. I have marks. I still have them. Several spots/dots that appeared that year (and for all I know, maybe from that night. I just don't know)

My dog?.....this well-behaved 7-year old trained Boxer? Turned and attacked 5 of us one day while barbecuing that summer sending 2 of us to the hospital.

(I had no time reference to that night so I don't know when all these things happened in relation to that evening. But it was the same year. Could've been the next day.....the next week or even several months later.)

I became very detached to everything and everyone. Everything was different.

Something happened. I know it.
I wanted it to be a mental breakdown. But then I wouldn't be able to fit my dog or my physical issues into that diagnosis then.

Again, there is much much more. That is the gist of it.

Oh by the way.....just to let you know how naive I was to UFOs let alone abductions. I lived in the heart of Pine Bush, NY in the mid-80's. For those who know that area....that was a mega hot spot for UFO activities back then and I didn't even realize it!

One night I sat with a couple of people who'd been abducted from their car a few weeks before. While sitting in my living room all of a sudden they got terrified and huddled together. They told me the room was filling up with aliens. "They're coming through," was what they said. I didn't see a thing but their terror was very real. And my dog got up and went behind the sofa.

Until this "coming through" event, they had been seeing a shimmering effect where they thought aliens would be standing, ever since their abduction night. I believe the shimmering is quite a common thing among abductees. Described as like a heat haze.

Well you can't out think a think tank.
When they have a set up they use it.
The Hills were a set up.
This would include any reverse star map.
And why wouldn't the proper map from our perspective be
just as easy to produce. All they had to do is look back at
where they want to go. Also a star map looking to us is sort
of us centric as some think tanker might place himself as so

Good point. in 1951 or so the Us government together with germany and some other countries made a deal with a special alien race. They could abduct humans for their own research..human dna,skin tissue,brain usage ect if the us got the hold on some alien Tech. As it seems alot of historians and archaeologist have found trace of this special alien race in history of the planet earth in both religion and out in the wild the last 74 000 years, it might seem that these aliens have just abducted us for investigating our standpoint. How we are now per today compared with the last time they left us. So yes, they might have gotten what they need.

Besides the World governments has now informed us humans on national tv,cnn and news papers around the world that they have been working with a special race for over 50 years, i believe the thing we are expecting now are more Ufo sightings and finally the day when the aliens reveal themselves.

Let me tell you what I think.

The aliens (meaning, Greys) came here and basically are trying to perfectionate a hybrid race. That's the conclusion I share with i.e., Jacobs.

If we take that as a truth, we should think about the reasons, the whys. There are several possibilities I see about what could be the final destination of thoese hybrids:

1) They're creating such hybrid race in order to 'evolve' and once done, they're leaving along with their creation

2) They will leave the hybrids here, living among us.

3) They will leave the hybrids here after we disappear for some reason in the near future.

I must admit I believe this phenomena is real, people is actually being abducted by alien entities and the hybrid project is the ultimate goal.
I remember reading a book called "Above Top Secret" of Dan Sherman. Basically, he claimed to be part of an US government effort to mantain communication with alien beings. His mission was to receive mental communications from these aliens and transmit it to his superiors using a console.

Sherman claimed that in some point he decided to quit because he interpreted that some of that data was in fact coordinates and times of abduction events. According to the information he obtained from the project he was involved, in the near future is going to happen some sort of cataclysm that will render useless any kind of radio/electronic communications.

What if the aliens are aware of some sort of catastrophic event and want to mantain some of our genetic material before it happens? Or worse, what if the origin of that cataclysm are the aliens themselves, wiping us out of this planet in order to introduce the hybrids?

You would think that if aliens can traverse the stars they would have no need for things like ovum/sperm. Should they not be able to create this kind of thing synthetically? I've heard the main reason for abductions is to take DNA or sperm/eggs...well there is no way they would need to continually take them, they should be able to create life by this point you would think, playing God.

I've heard they have no genitals, sucks for them.
