Been there before, wasn't too severe, I will definitely get it again. Runs in the family. I'm only 28.

I feel your pain. Deepest condolences to John's family both on and offline.

I am so sorry to hear this. Another sad loss for us here at ATS. I had the utmost respect for William One Sac and loved to read his posts. Having familiarity with this type of cancer, at least we can take comfort that there is finally no more pain. Rest in peace.

I wanted to say Rest In Peace. But I won't, because I seriously doubt he's going to find a nice little cloud to sit on and play a harp. He's out there finding the answers he sought for so long.

Good luck, WOS. Keep US in your thoughts, please.

Man, so sorry to hear that. Cancer sucks! I long to see the day when Cancer no longer is a threat to our health.

Peace be with you John Crawford.

I didn't know him very well, but what posts I did see by William One Sac were excellent, and he seemed like a good man, and I too never saw him complain about his cancer. I think the biggest tribute I can pay to him is to simply point out how many people are expressing similar comments to this one, that they respected and admired him, and that indeed, as Springer pointed out, as long as ATS exists, there will be those who remember William One Sac.

Rest in peace, John.

His life will be eternally celebrated here. I remember hearing about his battle 5 years ago, making and listening to podcasts for him, trying to send him flowers, and having my class pray for him at school. He was a beautiful person, I believe he brought out the best in the people whose lives he touched.
It's deeply saddening to hear of this loss, but we will always celebrate his life and his influence, and I'm sure his family can rest knowing that he's no longer in pain.

John's family will be in my thoughts, as will the staff of ATS, many of whom knew John well on a personal level.

Godspeed to you W.O.S.

The days of Subversive Element seem like a lifetime ago, in a much more innocent time.

My thoughts are with John's family and friends tonight. WOS, a toast to you as you begin a new journey.

I have been periodically looking through these posts. I have been here for roughly 4 months now...I am seeing names in this thread that I have never seen on the boards, Member ID's that are veteran to say the least. Perhaps this is WOS's way of bringing you back...there are a great deal of you posting to this thread that have been members for sometime and I have never seen you before. As well as brand new members.

I firmly believe this is WOS's way of bringing the vets together with the new members in order to make ATS a pivotal means of worldwide communication and comradeship. It's a refreshing sight if I may be so bold!!

WOS, You brought me to this site. I read a blog about you, and then lurked on the pages for quite a while before becoming a member. You never knew me, but you changed me in a big way indirectly.

May you rest in peace. I hope eventually to get to thank you personally.
