If it were disinfo I don't think it would have been yanked from the media so quickly. We're talking 2004 when this happened! If you were him and heard this, even with his reputation, wouldn't it just eat you up inside not to say anything??!!! This is probably the most important-interesting thing he's ever said! Props to him for opening his mouth!

Maybe these Martians had an agenda that didn't work out on Mars so they're doing everything they can now to fullfill it over here...Too bad its crumbling and the masses are waking up! Ha!!

I didn't know it was pulled so quickly. Then that points to the fact that he told something he wasn't supposed to have said after reading that report. The reason he could have told was that he was still on that Oxycontin drug binge. Back in October 3 2003 he was outed about his addiction but it wasn't until two year later that Florida went after him. It may have been lapse in judgment and he inadvertently let the cat out the bag while high. Because I'm telling you, what he was talking about and against TPTB which he believes in is totally against his nature. It almost as if there was another Limbaugh, in fact I almost thought that it was a fake person when I did more research about it. He told the truth.

I'm sorry I think Rush Limbaugh is a giant wrt on the A** of radio, and he's a dumb redneck boob. He was saying this crap to poke fun. He was hoping a noob like someone who never listens to him and beleives this stuff would call in so he could make an idiot out of them. Not that it couldn't be true, but the fact is he was going to turn it nasty on someone that was his intention. The reason it was pulled so fast...no noob fell for it! End of discussion!

ummm...
Wow

this is the first ive heard of this.

is this legit?

coming from someone who read the deep, dark, and retarded of the conspiracy universe for a long time now. I have have to say this has BLOWN my mind. I really have no idea what to believe about this. Is this a real recording? or someone who just sounds like limbaugh?

I really have no idea what to believe about this, this is so finely crafted I cannot tell what to think.

S&F just for the ridiculousness(in a good way) of this post.

To be honest, i dont even know what to say. Is he trying to portray an allegory or fable, or is this legit? I have some thinking to do tonight

I disagree with your theory actually.

I personally think the "he was on drugs and said some crazy stuff" theory better.

The "he was making fun of al gore" theory has too many holes in it. It looks like swiss cheese to me.

I am not saying Rush told the truth. I am just saying Rush was having a bit of a head buzz from some drugs he took, and let his mouth run.

The veracity of his statements is unknown.

Did you read the quote from Limbaugh I provided earlier? The man mocks people, that's his thing.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Also, the report he's referring to is called The Gore Report, it's obvious

That was then, but this is now, and it looks line a bunch of people in this thread fell for it!

I've seen people on drugs before but they were on stronger drugs than Rush was on and speak less coherently than he was speaking, when they say crazy stuff like this.

I never listened to Limbaugh, but I'd love to go back in time and listen to some of you who think he's being serious call into his show to thank him for the disclosure

From Wiki...

Allegory is a figurative mode of representation conveying meaning other than the literal. It teaches a lesson through symbolism. Allegory communicates its message by means of symbolic figures, actions or symbolic representation. Allegory is generally treated as a figure of rhetoric, but an allegory does not have to be expressed in language: it may be addressed to the eye, and is often found in realistic painting, sculpture or some other form of mimetic, or representative art. Simply put, an allegory is a device that can be presented in literary form, such as a poem or novel, or in visual form, such as in painting or sculpture. As a literary device, an allegory in its most general sense is an extended metaphor. As an artistic device, an allegory is a visual symbolic representation. An example of a simple visual allegory is the image of the grim reaper. Viewers understand that the image of the grim reaper is a symbolic representation of death. Nevertheless, images and fictions with several possible interpretations are not allegories in the true sense. Furthermore, not every fiction with general application is an allegory.

Some people are easily duped I suppose. Come on...

Scientists at Area 52?

The fact that it is called the "Gore Report"...an obvious reference to the book of the same name that, Al Gore, himself penned in 1993 about making a more efficient government.

You're absolutely correct Crip! Rush was taking the piss!

The selective blindness and voluntary ignorance in these types of threads never ceases to amaze me. The silliness required to put all ones stock into satirical fairy tales goes way beyond confirmation bias.

The ATS motto is not 'Embrace Ignorance'!

You guessed it, I'm agreeing with you!

I was just pointing out that even though nobody fell for it back then, doesn't mean they aren't falling for it right now in this thread. But I wasn't implying you were one of those people, since you obviously know better!

But they know who they are, the people who thought he was serious
