Comparing 1912 to the upcoming 2012

I decided to research what was going on 100 years previous to the "historic" 2012 date.

1912 has some intersting things...

The Republic of China was formed on Januray 1st

Titanic sinks April 15th

Solar Eclipse seen across Europe April 17th

Mount Novarupta erupts June 6th

Meteorite explodes over Arizona raining down thousands of pieces of debris July 19th


Mount Novarupta was formed in 1912 during the largest volcanic eruption of the 20th century, Novarupta released 30 times the volume of magma as the 1980 eruption of Mount St. Helens.

Oddly enough, as we approach 2012, volcanoes are starting to react and I wonder if we are in store for a big one

I don't know what the others have to do with 2012 but China is 100 years old and is now a world power, and the solar eclipse and meteorite show both time periods having erratic space weather. The titanic sinking in the ocean was a massive event, much like the NK sinking and oil rig sinking
