Whatever the specifics or generalities... Have you worked on smoothing things over with your father regarding the whole issue of his involvement in Masonry? This one's really pretty simple. THEY WERE THERE. Most of Manhattan works a 9-5 schedule (follows the stock market's schedule), especially in the financial district. The first plane hit before 9AM EDT. While some where there already, not all were. Also, FDNY did an amazing job of evacuating floors below the strikes. Or maybe you never saw the footage and pictures of people streaming out of the buildings before they collapsed?
