One long paragraph

I have noticed a trend lately. One that has my nerves going. It is almost impossible to get any real information or join a meaningful discussion anymore because of the long winded, single paragraph 3 page ramblings posted by some of the newer members of ATS and BTS.

I mean, is it really so hard to hit the enter key twice before typing more??????

I have always and WILL always refuse to read posts that take up my entire screen with only one huge paragraph to read.

I think it is quite the opposite, i see more and more people hitting the return key way too much. so a post like yours would look like.

Whenever I see it, I do a mod edit...and usually include the following note:


"Edited by the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Paragraphs", just as a subtle hint for the future...

I like how politely worded that is.

And to the above posters. Maybe I am looking in the wrong forums then? Cause I have noticed the opposite. Seems grammar, punctuation and spacing are becoming a thing of the past. I am by no means perfect in anything I ever type. But, at least I try.
