Chemtrail Technologicaly Improving?

I have noticed ( As, almost everyone on this board has.) Chemtrails. I have noticed somethings that seem to hint toward improvement on them. Just recently I recall seeing a chemtrail being sprayed in a three-lined pattern, about three hours later, they combined to form what appeared to be an isolated Cumulos cloud. Almost within the hour it became cloudy and began to rain. All of this, I belive, was spawned by the spraying of chemtrails.

As you've posted this on the forums several times already,
why does this need to be in RATS?

Did you by any chance happen to check the weather channel or accuweather? Maybe it was just some good old God-given rain?

Yea, It could have just been regualr rain.

And, if it wasn't, they were just doing cloud seeding runs, not making chemtrails.
